I mixed some Medifast shakes last Thursday at work and left them in the refrigerator. I didn't get back to work until today. Are the shakes still good or should I toss?

as you know, I was told Friday, to stop the Medifast regime and eat only small regular meals since I am to have a colonoscopy test due tomorrow. When re-ordering, I spied these two flavors. Not knowing what they are and being ever curious, I ordered a box of each. Guessing by the calorie count (90), and protein vs carb nutritional info, are these OK to replace one or two shakes a day with?
