Hey everyone, today is my second day on Medifast, and all is going well. What is shocking to me is that I still haven't had any real cravings, which is abnormal for me. My tummy has been growling today, but I have no psychological need for "food" yet. It is only my second day, but I'm hoping it continues to be this effortless. I really enjoy how easy it is, I know exactly what and when to eat. I think my major sweet tooth is a huge benifet right now. I always said if chocolate were healthier, I would give up regular food and live off it, and now I can have my chocolate. I expecially love the chocolate pudding. It's pretty much the best pudding I've ever eaten. I was also impressed with the chili, although it wasn't as good a regular bowl of chili, it was still pretty tasty. So far the cream of broccoli soup remains the only thing I have not liked. Well I will keep everyone updated on how things are going!

Welcome, Memory!
I'm really glad that you've had such a good first couple of days...these are usually the most difficult!

I agree with you on both the chili  and the cream of broccoli :eck:, though don't be surprised if you wind up loving this soup along the way...you'll find that your taste buds really change.

The biggest tip I can give you is to be sure to eat all of your supplements every day (even when you don't feel hungry) and to drink all of your water (and then some). The water intake has a HUGE impact on your weight loss. Oh, and come here as often as you can. These people are AWESOME!

Hasta!

Lol, Sojo, at your vomiting smiley!

Hey Memory - Sojo is absolutely right about your taste changing. You might be in love with the cream of broccoli soup one day. But it sounds like you have a variety of things that you already like, so that is great. Glad you're here :)

Hey everyone. You guys crack me up

I know I haven't posted in a few days, but I've been soooo busy. But everything is going great. Yesterday was the first day I was actually hungry, but I didn't give in to any temptation.

Well I hope you all enjoy your fourth of July. I know I'm looking forward to fireworks tonight. Have a great evening everyone!
