I haven't been able to get out to the forum in a couple of days, and really only have a couple of minutes now, but I did want to announce to you guys--and ya'll are the first I've told--that I officially passed the 100 lb marker as of this morning!!! I was at 277 in October 2002, lost 91 lbs doing a great (but painfully SLOW) program, gained some back, then started MF, and the rest is history! I weighed in this morning at 176.4!
There just aren't enough little yellow-faced Emoticons on the net to express how I feel today.
My love and gratitude to everyone out on this forum for your tremendous support and encouragement.
