I dragged my Pilates machine out + signed up for Jazzercise

2 weeks ago and have been plateauing at 155, maybe I'm building muscle..ha ha.

I cut out the crackers 2 days ago and bars 1 day ago.

Water maybe I will drink more water, that always seems to gat the fat moving instead of the 64 oz I will step it up.

Weight Training

Since checking our weight on the scale is the routine, I am afraid to go back to my weight training, because it would probably make me heavier or the scale won't budge as much. Seeing the weight loss is what gets me motivated. At the moment I am at plateau after losing 17 lbs. I am confused because I enjoy this kind of training coupled with Richard Simmons. When to start exercising

I started the Medifast program on June 23, 2005. When can I start exercising?

I have some Leslie Sansome "Walk Away the Pounds" DVDs that I want to start using again.

The Medifast booklet says that we should wait at least 3 to 4 weeks after we start the program before we start exercising.

Please share your experiences in this area.

Registered for a Dance Class Today

I'm really excited!!! The S Factor is opening a studio in July here in San Francisco and I jumped on the bandwagon!!! Question?!?!

Okay, so everyone says no exercise for 3 weeks- and I believe you. But my booklet I got with my MF starter kit says if you're already a regular exerciser just cut your normal workout in half - and I believe the booklett people too. Which is the right thing to do?

Something cool happened this week!

I have been a member of Curves (exercise facility) since April 7, 2004. This month they (the manager at our Curves) started doing Curves "Members of the Week" Each week 2 members are selected for "Motivating Member of the Week" and "Inspirational Member of the Week".

Exercising again?

Well I am coming to the close of my 4th week so I am going to start adding PILATES back into my life. Is it OK to do it daily for about 20 minutes or is that too much?
