Congratulations to all of your success stories in sticking with the program and loosing a little or a lot each week. You make me proud!

I have been at a Rodeo for the last few days so I missed roll call yesterday. I played hard and still lost 2 pounds this week.

Keep up the great work everyone. :D

<pout><pout><pout> I wanna go to the Rodeo  I'm not sure if these people even know what a Rodeo is around here  Do you know that VA doesn't allow dance clubs unless there is a FULL ON restaurant with it? I haven't been dancing since I left Texas in Jan.2001

And congratulations on the 2lbs lost! You are SO TOTALLY getting this program girlie :D

Hey, Kids!

I am just so jazzed about your greight weight losses this week!

nancy, (Oregon Rose) thank you for doing a total - I had my calculator brain doing the ‘carry one and borrow another thing’ goin' on and had just figured we were up past a bag of Purina Dog Chow when I saw your total of 53 plus pounds. Awesome!

Linda and Lisa - please, please do not fret, the best is yet to come for you. Our special dlr2424 knows ALL about the frustrations of having measly weeks...I do know it feels, too.

Just know that our bodies have weight loss patterns, you will be rewarded with inches lost, and your body will release the flabbage in its own time and at its own pace. Sometimes weighing, recording and then looking at your daily or weekly loss record over a course of several weeks will reveal your bod’s particular weight loss pattern.

I had a killer couple of months lately – medication changes, road trips, overactive taste buds enjoying handmade caramels and OD-ing on bakery oatmeal cookies left me flabbier than I wanna be or care to admit to…I have been on the program, totally PC (Program Compliant) and this is my weight record:

05/14 140.2
05/15 139.2
05/16 137
05/17 137.6
05/18 137.2
05/19 137.4
05/20 136.2
05/21 135.2
05/22 135.0
05/23 134.2
05/24 135.0
05/25 135.0
05/26 133.6
05/27 133.0
05/28 133.6
05/29 134.40
05/30 133.2

Notice that there are weight fluctuations along the way. NORMAL!

Flabber, you are now on Notice: we all want you excess fluffies outta here.
No more clinging to our hips, lips, chins and shins!
We want it all off and we want it off NOW!

Did it go away yet?
Whaddya mean, Not Yet?!

Give your body the time it needs to deal with emptying out the fat cells – do your part by eating all your meals on time, flushing out the fat cells with plenty of good ol’ water, get to bed at a decent time, minimalize your stress (yeah, right!) and you will de-flab – you can not fail unless you fail to do it.

Have a shake and keep thinking those thinny thoughts – your losing week is just beginning!

Sorry, I'm late posting for the roll call...I went camping this weekend til last night which was very challenging...I went off program, but was still aware of what I was sticking in my mouth...so I got on the scale this morning and didn't lose anything, but I didn't gain! So I have a big fat 0 for the week, but am glad to be back on program at full throttle!

Well done, Kelee Girl! Maintaining your weight loss when you leave your usual routine is hard. Camping sounds like a great activity -- good to have you back!

Been a slooooow month for me. I didn't post last week cuz I was tired of having to say I was stuck. :x Didn't post this past Sunday as I wasn't home. But today, after a 12+ day stall, the scale moved! For the month of May I am down only 7#, but that's better than gaining. Hoping for a better June!

Kassilou ~

I suspect that you are off and running now for a continued losing streak.

Somewhere around the 40-60 pound range, a person often hits the :brickwall: "stall wall" and your 12 day hovering span is most likely the result of your super loss. Now that your bod has reorganized, it is ready to go for another clean sweep.

Keep us posted, Kassi! :pet:

Sorry you couldn't be there. It was a blast! As for the dancing clubs, you probably have more fun shakin' it up at home with your honey

Chat with y'all next week.

KeleeGrl,
I noticed you are now almost at the same weight as I am and we both have the same goal weight. I'll be watching your stats for inspiration and hopefully we can reach goal together! Keep up the great work. I know it's especially hard during this time of the year with all the get-to-gethers, Bar-B-Q's, camping, and outings, but we can do this! By the end of the summer I want to be a lean, mean, gorgeous machine! Keep in touch.
