What am I doing wrong

I hope some of you veterans will help me here. I am in my 4th week right now.

typical day:

8:30 MF bar
11am Shake
1pm soup or shake with soy crisp
3pm shake
6pm L&G
9pm shake/drink
120+oz water

I havent full on cheated to date. July 4th I did have one spoonful of mac salad.

one week on program

Hi there. Yesterday was my one week weigh in since starting the program. I am happy to say that I lost 5.5lbs, wahoo!!! I am so close to going under 200ilbs, I can taste it. I did get on the scale this morning, hoping I would finally hit that point, but I actually went up a half a pound since yesterday morning??? Walking

Since I just stared back today. Am I aloud to walk a mile a day. My son who is 8 wants to start walking so he can start getting in shape for football. Is this okay. Like I said we only want to start off waliking a mile a day :exercise:

Yield: 3 or 4 servings

1 medium eggplant, about 1 pound

1 pound young zucchini

1 pound young pattypan squash

2 large red or orange bell peppers***
