so my weightloss slowed a little this past month but ive still lost a good amount... this weekend i got down to 190...30 lbs down.. wish i was in a better mood though :( dont even feel happy though i should.

You're doing great! Hopefully your mood will pick up. At some point I think the initial thrill wears off, and some of us go through a little down period.

thanks guys im feeling much better now...


one of my supervisors made me smile, he said every monday it seems like im looking different ...in a good way.. made me feel happy. :)

I have not had that experiance yet really. I had one client say...look at you!! I was like huh what...she said your looking thinner...I think she said it because I had told her on was on a diet! lol

it felt so wonderful to hear that...my friend andrea told me yesterday my boobs are the tiniest she has ever seen them and she has known me since i was 17! i was worried my boobs wouldnt get smaller but yay they are lol.. im keeping track of my measurements as well so when im like..aww only lost a lil this week.. i can measure because i have lost a bit of inches as well...im down to size 16 and i started @ 20 :)
