i think i'm gonna barf...

Postby Karakuri » July 7th, 2006, 6:50 pm

this is a subtle reminder to people to ALWAYS READ before you look.

i saw some pictures of something i wish i never ever saw. now, i love horror films and know that stuff isn't real, so i thought the pictures were fake. then i read the information and found out it was real. i suddenly feel sick. i literally want to throw-up.

it wasn't stills from a movie at all, but something that actually happened.

anyway, as i've said... PLEASE READ information before you ever look at pictures. i have a feeling my dreams will be nightmares tonight.

Well, this thread was not what I expected by the subject ;) I thought maybe a bad shake/extract combo ;)

Karakuri, sorry you saw some bad stuff. God knows the Internet is full of things and some of them are more blatant and shocking than anything you'd see in a paper or a news show. Careful out there. :pet:

Try to read something that's an upper before bed. Or better, look at something like that. Replace those visuals, ya know?

And stay away from creepy webpages before bed!

I can turn it into a MF topic. For some reason I feel like I can't drink anymore water. My stomach is too full all the time, it makes me feel like I want to throw-up.

i see many odd things online on a daily basis. it's when it's a REAL horror that it freaks me out. i wouldn't make a good cop.

and as far as the water goes... i've been lucky i haven't gotten sick from drinking too much liquids. i've had that happen in the past but, knock on wood, it hopefully won't happen again.

Ughhhh ~ I just rented Colonial House from Netflix. Have you guys seen it? It was on PBS and it's a reality show about people living on a plot of land based on the early 1600's and the culture of the times. My thought was that this would be great family-oriented television only to find that they ran out of meat and started looking at their own herd of livestock. I won't go any further ~ I had to stop eating my soy crisps and turn it off. Cannot get the images out of my head.

I know exactly what scene you're talking about... that was a shocker to me too, but realistic anyway! If it makes you feel any better, I don't recall a single other scene like that in the series. ;)

But GREAT series :) I forgot Netflix had PBS stuff! (I am a major PBS nerd.)

BerkshireGrl ~ I don't recall another scene like that in the whole show either. Why couldn't they have just panned the camera to something else and let you hear it? I'm all for realism but ... totally gag me with a spoon!!!
