Not even gonna weigh this week. Been on and off-plan since I started my new job and all the manager's have been taking me out to eat every day. As soon as I can get past the work-related hurdles then I'll be right back on-plan.

First week back from Italy. Was really really good all week long, except for not drinking enough water. ugggg, but then had a really really bad weekend.

Soooo, didn't lose a pound of that weight that I gained in Italy, but I have read and read and looked at pictures yesterday and today, and I am really working on getting myself to recommit to this. Everyone is looking so good, and I am so jealous of everyone, I just have to get back on the wagon, drinking my water and sticking to the diet.

I went to the store yesterday, bought all my lean and green ingredients and threw out all the left over junk that I brought back from Italy with me and all the junk that my daughter left at the house from when I was gone.

Starting over with a fury today. Started some new mini-goals, and hopefully by this time next week, I will have a loss to report.

I'm stuck on a plateau but I feel a loss coming. I missed last roll call because I was in North Carolina, but I lost a pound while I was gone. I'm still at that weight, 179.5 since last wednesday. I noticed that the fat percentage on my scale finally went down. I was beginning to think it was broken because I had lost 20 lbs but the fat percentage read just about the same. It finally went down by about 3%. So I guess I'm just adjusting. Clothes are getting pretty loose, and some are going to have to be altered or donated. By next roll call I'm expecting some really good weight loss.

No loss this week but I'm blaming it on my "aunt flow" and water retention and the unfortunate case of appeasing my friends over protective mother who insisted that I was killing myself by doing the doctor approved medifast. Ughh! Anyways, congrats to all the losers! For the maintainers keep up the good work it will come off.

Well, this is my first time posting on Roll Call, and I'm glad to see everyone here!
Congratulations on all our hard work, and successes (even holding is a great success).

I've just lost .5 pound since Thursday (my old weigh-in day), and that's not bad considering I went to BUNCO on Friday night. I had a small plate of fresh veggies and shrimp cocktail for my lean and green, but I confess to having 2 white wines... I know!

I'm back on track this morning and ready to lose! I've lost 13#'s in 2.5 weeks. Not bad!

I'm late posting, as usual! I haven't had a pickle in over a week and still my scale hasn't moved in 11 days. AARRGGGHHH. Congrats to everyone who lost this week! Lord help me get through this plateau, pleeaaassee.

Even though I posted yesterday, I'm updating today. I'm actually back down to 133.6, so only 0.4 above where I was a few weeks ago when I first started pushing hard on the workouts (and started eating even more times a day than I already was). So I guess I'm sticking with the eight meals a day for now.

Just about 7 weeks in and I just inched into the 30# club woot! I keep expecting the losing to slow down, but I'm thrilled when it doesn't. Congrats to everyone else this week.

I weighed in today at 186, sounds like I gained 1 lb but on Monday after the bike rally I weighed in at 189 so its really a slight loss. I am not gonna change my ticker cause I know it will be off and then some by the end of the week.

Hi Everyone.
My weigh in day is Tuesday, but the dainged scale is out of batteries...again. I SWEAR I don't weigh that often! I'm going to get a new scale and I'll probably check in later.

Congrats to the losers, way to go maintainers, and to my plateauers...stay strong, it'll pass! Yell if you need us!
