I hit the 50# CLUB this week and lost 2.5# since last Sunday, totaling 51.5#!

You are all so inspiring. I love this thread every week and go back to read every single reply. Congratulations on all the milestones hit this week!!

I am down 5 pounds this week from 249 to 244. My official weekly weigh in is tomorrow morning so I dont change my signature until then.

Down 2 pounds this week after a planned "off plan" day for my daughter's birthday party. My body fights me every time I get close to a new club, so I'm stuck at 59 pounds right now.

Congrats to all, especially to those who hit new clubs this week !! Also, welcome to you, Eliteshar, and good luck with your week of work (even though work may be stressful, perhaps having something like your eating under control will give you added strength).

Well, I weighed in at 219 this morning, putting me gratefully into the two-teenies and giving me a 5.5 weightloss for the week- 18.5 total in fourteen days. YAY !!

I was not able to wade in last week due to a weekend vacation. We made a 3 day trip to New Orleans and for week 6 I disgustedly report a gain of 8.6# for three days off the plan.

To redeem myself, I am pleased to report for week 7 a loss of 11#. This represents a 7 week loss of 37.3# for the Medifast Plan. I can only imagine how far along I would be without the set back from vacation.

Great Job to all the other losers that have posted and will be checking in today.

WooHoo Lisa!! WTG Girl!!!!

This week was full of ups and downs for me. However I am happy to report a loss of 2.2lbs in total putting me at 17lbs gone since I started MF!

Lisa congratulations for making 100 lbs! You're amazing. Jo, you inspire me. Nikki, you're doing fantastic and I think you'll make your goal. Lizabette, congrats on 50 lb club I know how elusive it's been for you. :)
Joelie congrats on 1/2 way, that's big milestone.
Lori, Congrats on the 80 lb club!

Everyone else I missed congratulations to you all... everyone should be commended for being here, for checking in, for sticking it out. You all are awesome. I hope I see you all at the finish line.

Me, I'm down another 2 lbs. :) I think we're back on track this is my 2nd week of a loss. :) Bringing me to 42.5 lbs lost, 29.5 to go.

Way to go, Lisa! I'm down 2 pounds this week, and I hope that means the past two weeks of almost no weight loss are over and I'm back to losing at my regular rate.

Congrats to all you big losers! There are several of you newbies that are doing fantasic! Karli and Jenn, WOW!

I am down 2 pounds this week. I'll take it, although I was a little surprised I didn't lose more. And let's face it, disappointed after being so good on plan. But it's a new week and here we go.

Congrats to everyone in new clubs!!!!

I'm down 2# this week even though I am in the midst of a week and a half long birthday blowout for my BF (turned 40 today, and with medifast he's doing it 63#'s lighter).....but there have already been some small cheats....and the b-day party is next Sunday, so now I'm just hoping to maintain till next Sunday...wish me luck!!!

Only down 3.4 lbs this week to 325.6lbs. But it was a stressful week of odd schedules at work. I have a feeling all will be better this next week.

Hi all,
Wow what a great week for everyone and there was a holiday in there too.Congratulations Lisa!!!! Im down another 4.4 this week so the total for 5 weeks is 25 lbs. YEA I don't know of any diet out there where you can average 5 lbs a week. But that is exactly what this program has done for me so far. Everyone keep up the great work,

Almost back down to 205 since interviewing and going off-plan for a few days. Hopefully will be able to report a loss next week (and maybe even ONEderland).
