Sunday Morning Roll Call: July 16, 2006

Join our weekly (Sunday) weigh in.

Postby Lisa in NY » July 16th, 2006, 7:56 am

Well, I haven't reported for roll call in a month because I'm embarrassed to say I haven't lost anything! (so for Jenn and all you NON-losers, take heart, there's a reason I'm still here!)

After reading what Lizbette said about at least REPORTING on roll call, I started to realize that the weeks I did the best were the weeks I consistently reported for roll call - I guess roll call is an accountability tool for me, so I'm going to make it a priority from now on.

Reason I haven't lost anything in a month is because I know I'm NOT being 100% compliant - have been "playing around" with the peanut butter jar and having a few too many extras here and there.

What I would like to say though is that the PROOF is still in the Medifast PUDDING--haha - I KNOW that if I had not started Medifast last August I would weigh MORE THAN 60 lbs. over what I do as I type this. I am not one of the people who loses like lightening but the fact is I HAVE LOST OVER 60 LBS.!!! That fact alone has changed SO many things in my life already, I can't even put it all into words or put any kind of price on it.

I am going to stop playing around and go BACK TO BASICS. Because I KNOW that when we follow Medifast THE WAY IT IS WRITTEN, the weight will come off. I am proof of this - I have the WORST, slowest metabolism in the Northeast and NOTHING else worked for me before Medifast.

HANG IN THERE EVERYONE!

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE BIG LOSERS AND MAINTAINERS!!!!

Good Morning

Wow, it is always so motivating to read of everyone's losses, milestones, & just plain accountability when things are not going so well. JennP, I feel so sad for you this morning but please know that I have been doing this long enough, and watched others on this board long enough, to know that if you stay compliant the weight WILL come off, and fast. You should expect a big loss next week so hang in there!!!

I am very disappointed in my 0 loss this week as well after being compliant and know that it is because TOM is still due any minute. I thought I would have a great loss after only 2.5 last week but I am still at a loss of 82.5 in 24 weeks. Nothing to sneeze at though! (I have been having to take progesterone to regulate my TOM's but everything is still out of whack.) On to next week and a great big loss!

Jerry lost another 2.5 lbs. this week for a total of 112.5 lbs. in 24 weeks! He is weighing 239.5 lbs. which is 1/2 pound lighter than he was when we married!

Have a Flabuless week all,
Lori & Jerry :stroll:

Nova, you've lost 48 lbs. since April and you feel like a turtle? I wish I could be that slow! It's taken me since late January to lose 56 and I've been 100% compliant! You're doing great!

As always, I'm in awe of everyone's success! The pounds just seem to be melting off of everyone! Ain't it great? :clapclap:

Oh, and I'm down two more this week for a total of 56. Lizabette, I'm gonna be joining you in the size 12 department real soon!! :yay:

I had a 1.8 pound loss this week. Things are slowing down as I get closer and closer to reaching Goal. Only 2.8 pounds to go. YIPPEE!!!

I had a friend take some updated photos of me this week. I'll try and get them sent to Unca today to post in the Studio with my before pictures.

Wow , Flab-you-less reports this morning from all you loosers.

Each and everyone of you inspire me to try harder and not give up, especially when the plateau demon strike.

After weeks (20 days) of bouncing back and forth between a 6 pound range, the ol' bod got tired of playing that game and I dropped 4 pounds, resulting in achieving a double goal.

New club: el numero #70 and
finally have LESS than 100 pounds to go. Never thought I'd live to see the day. And if Medifast hadn't come along, I probably wouldn't have.

Congrats again to all you losers, Keep shaking.

Good Morning & Hello!

Postby BamaBabe » July 16th, 2006, 9:31 am

Hi everyone! New kid on the block here!

I just posted in the "Come on in" forum, introducing myself, but I found this forum & had to jump in! I've been chomping at the bit to weigh myself, but had committed to weighing only once per week - I started Medifast on July 11, only 5 days ago.

I'm THRILLED to report a 7 pound weight loss!!

So happy to be a part of this very important support group! :D I'll be weighing each Sunday now that I know there's a weigh-in area!

Best to all!

Greetings Fellow Losers!!

CONGRATS to each of us for being here!!

I'm ecstatic to report that I'm down 2 more pounds this week AND have broken into a new weight range of 170s AND am only 10 lbs away from a "normal" BMI!!

This plan works well for me and I'm glad to have found it.

Blessings to us all!!

We can do this and we deserve it!!
Peace,
Rue

Congrats to all losers, maintainers and those being accountable!

I am down 2.8 this week, slightly above average for me. This brings me into the 150s for the first time this decade! So nice to see a weight beginning with "15-"

Onward and downward!
