Day 3 and I have a hangover

Postby shortfynesse » July 25th, 2006, 8:26 am

Okay not exactly a hangover  but it sure feels like it. Last night after dinner I felt really queasy and had the worst headache. I went to lay down and fell asleep without having two more supplements. I jumped on the scale when I woke up and I'm down 2 pounds.
I feel a bit better today and the hunger pains are not as strong. Seems like things are looking up.

Sorry you were not feeling good. You are almost past the worst of it. You really have to make sure to have all your meals and drink plenty of water.

Glad you are feeling better today!

Have you ever seen that movie Super Size Me? Where that guy eats mcdonalds for a month straight? I swear the way we were eating was like a food addiction like that guy from the movie felt!

When we finally decided to start MF it's like we were withdrawing from a drug!

I know I was just killing myself the way I was living, and I feel alive again!!!

GO TEAM!!!

Ugghh I don't miss the day 3 headaches. Hang in there, take an Excedren, and wait for things to soon get better. It will all be behind you before you know it.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the replies. I'm happy to report that I woke up this morning with no headache and no dizziness. I'm also happy to report that since day 2 (which was the hardest) I havn't had any cravings for carbs or sugar.

I think you are right about the headache. My body was detox itself from all those carbs and now I don't crave it. WOW! It really feels great. Thanks for the encouragement.
