Ya probably looked when I was editing. The first time it took up the whole screen.

She's Doberman and we think Pit Bull. Not sure, and given she's a rescue, we never will. She's very sweet even if she doesn't follow directions well.

;)

Thanks Bigger... I always like the encouragement myself, so I try to give it back.

Oh, Mike, she's so cute! Look at those eyes! I can see why you'd rescue her, she kinda just calls out to you, right?

Rooting for you, by the way, we all need support at different times, it ebbs and flows, so take advantage of everyone's (including mine) support and kicks in the butt, as you've always been so fantastic at delivering that in return!

Cheers,

Lauren

You're gonna love 'em I am sure of it. Try blending the shakes with ice and if needed, a touch of SF sweetener.
Makes a great fruity smoothie.

I blend my shakes up with a whole tray of ice. They are so thick and frothy like a "real" milkshake and they make me happy. Also - very filling! Ice is the way to go.

Mike, how do you get a picture and a ticker in your signature? When I try to put my ticker back in, it says my signature's too long.
Thanks!

The Brain!! I LOVE Pinky and the Brain. They're on my desk right now, along with the other Animaniacs.

How many dogs do you have, Mike? I have one, and she's wonderful about obedience except that she really want to pull ahead on the leash when we walk. Do you know how to teach them to walk on a loose leash?

How goes the MF journey? Funny how many re-starters there are this time around! It's like we all needed each other at just the right time! :D

Doing good on the program so far.

We have 2 dogs now, and the first one came trained... but still pulls when walking. He gets so excited on walks and wants to investigate (and mark) everything.

We were given the advice to get a Gentle Leader, and so we picked one up at Pet Food Express (I'm sure most major pet stores have them). It seems to be the answer to training your dog. We tried in on Jenny last night and Di had a pretty easy time. We are going to get one for Andy now also.
It basically has a strap that runs under the chin and around the back of the head, and then has a loop that goes over the snout right in front of the eyes. It doesn't choke them and they still are free to open their mouths (its not a muzzle). Check it out. ;)

The smoke here is killing us. Causing Di to get migraines have sinus issues and upsetting my asthma and sinuses (including a headache myself). We are only staying in town because Di has a jury summons... she's calling her Dr. to see about a medical excuse. We had planned to be in Oregon by now.

I got a Gentle Leader for Mojo (Teemu doesn't need one, since if he pulls, it's usually in the other direction because he wants to go home; he's afraid of walks). Aaaanyway, Mo pulls hers off. Brat.
