Thanks Nicks,

I love my new job... teaching science to the independent study students. Mainly high school, and only teaching eight 90 minute blocks per week.. and nothing Mondays and Fridays.. so I prep those days. Its a dream job and never knew these jobs existed.

On the MF front, not sure where I am weight wise... been under alot of stress with personal issues that I don't wish to go into here. Just keep Diana and I in your prayers. Otherwise... just keeping at it day by day. Thats what it takes. I usually have a Momentum Capp or an RTD before I leave the house, a bar or shake around 10, a shake or the bar (if not at 10) around 1, something when I get home, either a Lean and Green or some Medieggs (or the pizza bread) around 7, and then hot cocoa before bed. So, mostly I am liquid as well...

Anyhow.. just wanted to update myself. Thanks for the bump Nicks.

I do think about you guys almost every day, and if I ever think of praying (I need to do better with that, I always have good intentions of starting daily devotions but I am not devout in that way at this point in my life) I mention you to God. Although He knows everything you need already, every bit helps. My best to you! (Trying not to be jealous of you only teaching 8 blocks and having two days basically 'off' each week, since I'm off five days a week at the moment. But dream job is right!!!)

So, yeah.. two months huh.. wow. I've been pretty out of things when it comes to my weight. Things have not been good for me the past few months when it comes to that, as we all know, when you struggle with food issues, that can be a bad thing.

I've been trying to get in a place where I can make that decision to get back on program and stay on program and get healthy. I will be there soon...

As for now, I do my best to eat healthy, I just munch more than I should. I am still here to support people and I want that still.

As for my job.. it still rocks... so that makes things easy. ;)

Well having a dream job certainly helps with lots of other things. I'm not one to talk about not being on plan, although I'm finally shaping up a bit in that regard. MF is always here when you're ready, that's the nice thing. And I doubt they'll ever go out of business as long as there are places like Pizza Hut and McDonald's in the world.

Hi, Mike, read what you said and I can relate, of course. It's hard to get one's head straight about deciding to do with less food for a long enough while to make "progress". Frankly, I don't think it's ever an eager task, but for me, when I got low enough, I decided it was the better of the two kinds of experience I could be having. The food wasn't really helping much, kind of just making me feel I hated myself - which likely wasn't all about food or weight, even, but easy to blame that. Like you say, this is a compelling issue not easily eradicated, only tamed with great effort. Kind of like a jack-in-the-box in my life.

Just a little hello. I haven't been on here much.. and unfortunately, haven't been on plan much lately either.

Just wanted to say hi to those who stop by and check my journal. Hopefully I will be back soon. Just keep positive thoughts flowing.

Thanks.
