Sunday Morning Roll Call: June 19, 2005

Join our weekly (Sunday) weigh in.

Postby TEEZS2K » June 19th, 2005, 12:48 pm

WOW you guys are all doing so great...It is really hard to weigh in once a week, so I do cheat atleast twice...keeps me focused!

Good news this is the end of my 2nd week and I have lost 4 more pounds for a total of 12 pounds!!!! YEE HAAA

Can anyone tell me what I am missing on my ticker, I updated it and it does not come up?

Hi everyone :byebye: ....I've missed you guys this week and am late reporting in for Sunday roll call, but I've been thinking of you guys all the time. A few times, I got online and tried to catch up on everything, but just didn't have time to do any replies.

My 3 kids are on a swim team and I have been VERY busy organizing our 2nd annual silent auction which was on Friday afternoon. I started this last year and it was such a success that I guess we're going to do it every year now. All I can say is "WHEW....I'm glad that it's behind me now!!" It's alot of work, but the reward was over $1700 for our team, so that's pretty awesome!!

Ok, so, now back to the important stuff. I have been sooo busy that I haven't even had time for lean/green meals this past week. I love Medifast, because it was so fast & easy to fix & drink my shakes. :guzzle: I haven't even hardly had time for oatmeal or soups. I've been having about 4-5 shakes a day and maybe 1 soup or oatmeal and 1 bar - so I've been doing 6 supplements a day. THANK YOU again Nancy for getting me focused on this, as it was hard for me, but now that I'm doing it, I wonder WHY was it so hard in the first place??? hehe!!

Well, I was really thinking that I would have more of a loss this week, but I guess I'm just a SLOW loser....and I should be glad that I'm losing more consistently now. I have hypothyroidism and was told when I first started Medifast that I would probably lose a little slower, but I didn't in the beginning, so I just thought it wouldn't affect me. But that's the only thing I can think that might be causing me to have slowed down.

I'm down to 180.6 now, which is sooo close to the 170's that I can already taste it....I guess next week!! Anyway, I lost 1.8 pounds this week, which is a total of 34 pounds and now I'm only 3 or 4 pounds from my 1/2 way point. :yay: :yay: :yay:

I also wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS to all the LOSERS here!! :stroll: :stroll: You guys are all doing sooo good!! (I'm way to late to try & do anything individually) And, Happy Father's Day too!!

Oh my gosh, it's past 2:00 (or noon Pacific time), so I'm guessing Nicholas is already here!! :toast: What a Blessed Father's Day for Terry and Chris (and Nancy & Becky too)!! Give Becky a big hug  from ALL of us...I'm sure she's (ALL of you) thrilled! How exciting!! We're anxious to see some photos as soon as you can get them to Unca!!

24KaratGold wrote:Sigh. I suppose after my 5 pound loss last week it was too much to hope for the 2.5 pounds that would have put me in ONEderland today. I was at 201 on Tuesday, and I didn't weigh again until this morning, when I was at 201.5.

Silly body. Go figure. Here I am 8.5 hours later, having done housework and remained food-compliant so far today, and yes, I did just step on the scale. I'm down a pound since this morning, to 200.5.

Can we say "fluctuations"?

You KNOW I'm gonna be on that scale every day this week until it hits 199.5, and that's breaking my own rule. When I'm a mental case in the middle of the week somebody give me a good kick in the pants, 'mkay?

HI All, I have my daughter busily adding up our totals, I am in Sunny Glendora Calidornia, typing on DH laptop and I stink at it so please forgive my spelling and typos! I miss my mouse! drove 16 hours yesterday (ok, fonly actually drove about 3 but was trapped in the car with mdy family while they ate major road food snacks!) did GREAT-- drank the ready to drink and ate nothing else. not sure what I am down here because the scale here says 10 lbs lighter than yesterday which I know isnt right so it will do me good to stgay off the scale for 10 days! ok-- drum rolll.... 58.9 lbs for the grp so far today! I had a very bad momebnt on thursdat at the staff end of the year lunch and had a cheeseburger and brownies and doritos! oah my gosh I was so sick on friday I almost went to the ER! NEVER AGAIN! I think it might be my gall bladder or something-- so it was very easy tro stay on program since tghen. family here is totally supportive and I am being discrete. keep it u;p everybody, you are all LOSERS!!!! HA hope to check in again later, nancy

Whew... It's 6:30pm and I finally have a chance to get online today.

I weighed myself this morning and I was at 224.2 lbs, which is 2.8 lbs down from last Sunday. Whoo hoo!!! Total of 10.8 lbs in three weeks. :-)

I've since gained 1 lb---In hair! LOL... I got extensions/braids & I weighed my hair before I put it on my head... :-) A little extramath for myself...

It looks like everyone did great this week!

I'm a little dissapointed in my 2.8 lbs loss... After a week of 5 lbs and then a week of 4 lbs, 2.8 doesn't look all that astonishing... And I feel stupid for being dissapointed in 10.8 lbs! I think it was because I weighed mid-week & have only lost .4 lbs since mid week... I'm going to start weighing ONLY on Sunday!!!

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all had a wonderful Father's Day. Congratulations to all the losers this week. I am only down .4 pounds this week. I was not surprised since I got on the scale everyday single day (I know, I know). I won't complain since I lost 6.8 pounds last week. But I was disappointed. I did my part by being 100% compliant and drinking plenty of water :water:. Here's hoping for a better week ahead. Have a great week everyone!

Hi Everyone...wow, I can't believe all you guys who made a "new" club...that's terrific. I'm late checking in...as you can see....We went for a long motorcycle ride yesterday so I hopped on the scale before we went, but didn't have time to get on the computer. and I'm down 3 pounds for the week! I'm inching towards the 30# club...hopefully soon.
