Postby RavenKat » June 6th, 2004, 4:51 am

Good morning everyone!

I'm three pounds down this week. That makes 25 total so far. :-)

Looking forward to seeing what you all have achieved!

I'm only down a pound this week, but I'll take it. Now that I have 3 weeks of MF behind me, I'm going to try to gradually start to add some exercise, to see if that helps to speed things up a bit.

I hope everyone had a great week.

Ravenkat is S M O K I N' ! ! ! Way to go, ladies.

I only exercised two days last week (due more to sickness), and I added a daily chicken breast to the five MF packets, and the scale shows a gain of 2/10ths of a pound. I'm not going to let it throw me, though, as I have been on two antibiotics and slugging back syrupy cough medicine all week, so that might have had an adverse effect somehow. In fact, I can tell by the tightness of my wedding ring that the fluid level has gone up, so, next week I'll be able to get a better idea about the less exercise/more calories experiment.

My best to all. Have a blessed Sunday.

Wahoo for the first week!!!

Postby MomJackieLee » June 6th, 2004, 9:54 am

I know the first week is always more dramatic due to water and toxin loss, but I'm really psyched to have lost 10 lbs!!!

On the motivation train for next week!!!

Wow, MomJackieLee keep up the good work!
A loss like that deserves to be shouted about! :coach:

I can't even claim a loss for this week! I can only say I've not gained any back. Graduation parties and such.... I know, there really is no good excuse for wanting to stay fat!

The quote from Nancy keeps echoing, "Nothing tastes as good as losing weight feels!" I do try to remember those words when tempted by smells and foods.

Have a great week all!
