weigh-in

Postby DiamondintheRough » April 11th, 2005, 11:10 am

Hello Everyone,
I weighed yesterday morning but didn't have time to post. This was my fourth week on the program and I lost 3 pounds. My total loss for the 4 weeks is now 14 pounds. I was really scared after I only lost 1 pound last week but that seems to have worked itself out. I am now at 185.

I didn't want to weigh this morning, but I had to keep it real. I gained 4 lbs. :brickwall:

Great news! 6.4 pound loss for me this week! I love it when the scale plummets! Lets all stick with this and "get her done"!

Three Weeks This Coming Wednesday!

Postby LessOfMe » April 11th, 2005, 7:04 pm

I practically ran to the restroom at work this morning on my way to the office so that I could weigh in on the "official" scale that I use. It will be three weeks on the program this coming Wednesday and I have lost 16.5 lbs. Yeah, God!!!! Thanks for your help and the help of those on this web site support group!

I am feeling SO GOOD! Can't remember when I last had this much energy and hope for the future. What a wonderful program.

TW-
That's ok. I am sure that next week you will have a great loss and be on track. We are all human and are bound to make mistakes. Heck I mess up in some area of my life daily. Keep smiling!

Thanks for the encouragement Nancy. I am back on plan today and already feeling physically much better this evening. Sugar does not like me, but I sure like it! I am headed off to the gym for the first time since going on MF. I will be easing back into it as recommended. New territory for this all or nothing girl.

Blessings, Bess

Thanks for the encouragement, Tim and Angelia. I was off-program all week, and I would start each day planning to get back on track, and fall off during the day. Oddly enough, I was reading some books about emotional eating, and their descriptions of people bingeing triggered cravings in me for those foods, which aren't even my trigger foods! I guess I can't handle that type of reading, at least not right now.

Also, one of my problems was that I had a brunch to attend on Sunday, and then a party on the following Saturday. My mind seemed to chalk the whole week up to a total loss. :(

Ah well, birthday cake and rum punch are behind me. I was 100% faithful to Medifast today, and I will try to continue in that manner. I'm just glad I have a foolproof plan to come back to! :cheermed:
