Congratulations to everyone! Excellent job on all that weight lost.

As for me I have been playing this last week. Lots of entertaining of friends from Easter till now. I am up 5 pounds this week and it felt great. I am still 20 pounds lost forever. Look out, I am back on track right now. :whip:

Good evening to all you wonderful losers!

Just check'n in to report that I'm down 1.5 lbs. Which I will take with a couple of small cheats here there last week. Had lots of stress! But, with MF, I had a track to keep with and did not do the normal stress eating I have done in the past.

Well, one week down and feeling great! The official poundage lost for the first week is an amazing 7 pounds! I'm so thrilled! Come on week 2!!!!!

Hello Everyone.....

Better late then never. I missed roll call last week. So in the last 2 weeks I lost a total of 10.5 pounds. (I lost all that I gained from the cruise and 3 week hiatus) and then some.

That makes a total of 37.5 pounds in technically 9 weeks on plan (12 weeks total including the "hiatus"). 40 pound club is just around the corner...I can hardly wait...

Congrats to all you losers! Great job..

I just noticed this part of the message board and would like to join in. I have been on the program 12 days and have lost 14.5 lbs. I have a long way to go, but I am so thankful for this program. It has been years since I've been the least bit motivated to lose weight. My energy level is increasing and I feel great!

Y'all must be computer whizzes! You make your posts so much fun! I've got to get on the ball and learn how to "decorate" my posts too!
