Thanks for the encouragement about not going off program. I, like T, have thoughts of off-plan food but realize that staying on is easier than getting off and trying to get back on.

Congrats on making the decision to start again.

Yes Katie - it IS the best program. I know the program works - it worked WONDERS for me last year and still does. I never went completely off the program ever... I was using it 2-3 times a day cuz I liked it and it kept me from eating even more than I would have. I did stray and eat too much of the wrong things and that, over time, explains the weight gain. Holidays were the worst.... I love chocolate!

I'll just keep on keeping on!!

I'm back....... and probably picked the wrong week to get started. We left on Thursday evening to go to a family reunion camping trip for 5 days on the California border...... my husband left my bag of bars and RTDs on the table.... ARG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And let me tell you, this family is not program friendly!! I did my best.... I didn't gain but didn't lose. So here I am, starting again!

Hmmmm, well now........how would Pollyanna turn, the fact that your bars & RTDs were left at home, around to be a good thing??

I KNOW!!

It is good that your bars and RTDs won't run out as fast as if you had them for the last 5 days.......................

:?

;)

You must have made some pretty darn good choices in not gaining! Good for you!

I agree. That's a victory, too, I think, because after all we all have to be able to maintain at some point. Well done!
