Wow, thanks so much everyone. I find myself wandering to the computer more often this past week. Trying to keep my mind off food. Seeing all your weight loss bars on the posts is so inspiring. I am going to weigh myself Mon the 7th. That will be the first week on the program. Appreciate the wondrous welcome. Thanks again!
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !

Hi everyone! I am sending a progress pic taken 9/19/06 to our wonderful webmaster, Unca Tim. Since 7/31/06 I have "lost" (never to be found again) 28 lbs. I just love Medifast. :D
