Are you the next Medifast Star?

You, our loyal MyMedifast members, can be the next Medifast Stars! Whether you have lost 20 pounds or 200 pounds, if you have a story you want to share, this is the place to do it. You’ve worked hard to lose the weight and now it’s time to celebrate your success.

What do you need to do to enter?

To enter, just download and fill out the 'Medifast Success Story Form' and send that, along with before and after pictures, to success(at)medifastdiet.com. For tips on taking great pictures of your success, check out 'How to Submit Pictures'. Get your stories and pictures to us by May 31, 2007, and you could be a Medifast Star!

What do the Medifast Stars win?

Up to 10 lucky winners will receive an all-expense paid trip to Baltimore, MD to celebrate with Medifast. As a Medifast Star, you will receive a shopping spree with a fashion consultant, have your hair and makeup done, and pose for a professional photo shoot. Medifast Stars will also get to tour the Medifast facility and meet top executives at Medifast. As a 2007 Medifast Star, you also have the opportunity to appear in Medifast’s national magazine and television advertising.

As a Medifast Star, your story will help to motivate and inspire people across the country to lose weight and improve their health. You have until May 31, 2007 to get your completed Medifast Success Story Form and before and after pictures to us. We can’t wait to read your stories and celebrate your success.
