Anyone watching this show?

I'm lovin' Toby and will be devistated if he doesn't win. Well Magni is my second choice, but I think Toby is darling and perfect fit for Super Nova, but what do I know?!?!

I love this show, although I liked it better last year, when it was Rock Star: INXS. I loved it so much I downloaded Marty Casey's album, plus every song Jordis Unga performed. (Plus a few other performances from the show. Marty doing "Wish You Were Here"? One of my favorite songs ever.)

I like Toby and Magni. And sometimes Dilana, although she annoys me now. I miss Josh, though. Totally not right for the band, but that was OK with me since Supernova's not a band I'd be interested in seeing.

I'm just glad they finally got rid of Zayra a couple of weeks ago.

I LOVE that show. In the beginning I was totally into Lukas and Dilana, but now I'm into Toby and Lukas (though I don't really think Lukas is right for Supernova. I don't like Magni much, just doesn't excite me. I'm so glad they got rid of Storm this week. I couldn't stand her facial expressions much longer.

I watch that show mainly to gaze at Dave Navarro - I have never seen a more perfect, sculpted face. He looks like a painting to me - I'd love to meet him in person just to touch his face!

only watched this season because Storm lives & performs here in Ptld. Loved Dilana in the beginning, but as the drama queen emerged & she kept on with the raspy voice almost all the time, she went to my "get her Off the show" list. I could not believe when she threw the glass, which broke & cut Magni in the head. Very immature person. The dorks in the critique chairs seem to eat her &*^% up. I realize she does have great performing skills, but, IMO the voice is a one trick pony. However, other than the television exposure, I would not wish for any of them to get saddled up w/Super Nova. I suspect they won't be going for long. Lots of forums have some better names for them, Suave Porn being my fav I respect Jason Newsted, but Gilby Clarke & Tommy Lee are so full of IT. Now after all of this ranting, I must admit hubby & I have been totally sucked in. We have not missed one COMMERCIAL filled episode. We did not watch much of last year INXS show. If anyone that watches this show without fail and would like some great laughs, go TelevisionWithoutPity and read their Rockstar threads.

P.s. all of us Portlanders are glad that Storm is returning to "Dantes' to perform again. We have missed her terribly.

oh that's funny..hehe. Of course Gilby and Tommy act like they are all that....THEY are all that! lol It's their band, they have the right to be obnoxious...imho.

I could not stand Tommy until I started watching this show, now I have a fond little feeling for the guy. He's likable.

My vote is still with TOBY!

So what did everyone think? And did you hear that the band lost its lawsuit and can no longer be called Supernova? Heh.

Personally, I appreciated them saving me almost half an hour yesterday by picking someone I don't like halfway through the show, so I could bail on the rest instead of listening to a band I don't like fronted by a singer I don't like (sing some songs I've already heard and don't like). Thank you, band with no name anymore!!

Well, I actually loved the show last night. I wanted Lukas to win over Dilana. I like her singing, but I think having a female front them is just too much drama (not that the guys don't have enough of that themselves!).

I didn't hear anything about their name not being Supernova. I'll have to look that up.

There's been a lawsuit from the beginning. They were sued by a band that already IS called Supernova.

I was fine with Lukas winning, if only because I don't think the band's going to actually go anywhere. This way the others got enough exposure to perhaps launch solo careers. I didn't like his singing, though. Not that I was a fan of Dilana's, either, really.
