What do you when you cheat?

Postby Leah » October 29th, 2006, 6:31 pm

Well, my parents had a lunch to celebrate my dads b-day today. I had 2 MF meals. Then planned to have my L&G meal for lunch. So I had chicken and green beans. Well, THEN they broke out the cake :( Yea, well let's just say, I had a slice and a couple of crackers with dip. So, should I still continue on having my MF meals for the rest of the day? Or should I not, because of the extra calories I took in with the cake? OR, would continuing on with my other meals help keep my metabolism burning, to burn off what I cheated on?

I'd say have the rest of your meals. It'll help stabilize your blood sugar and insulin levels AND get you back into the Medifast mindset as quickly as possible.

DON'T MAKE THE WHOLE DAY A CHEAT... GET RIGHT BACK ON LIKE ROBIN SAID... THINK ABOUT WHAT SIZE SWIM SUIT YOU WANT TO WEAR IN THE SPRING- REMEMBER HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN SINCE YOU LET YOUR THIGHS SEE SUNLIGHT. YOU CAN DO IT- NO CAKE!!!!

When I cheat I wake up the next morning and try to get the Chefboyardee sauce out of the carpet, my hair and pillow.

I will never look at ChefBoyardee the same again----but I guess that is a good thing

I agree with all the above...if you cheat then get right back on it dont take the whole day or it will just make you feel bad! *this is from personal experience*
