How about a pinch rather than a kick?

I know you'll do it, Martha! You survived two Hurricanes PLUS you cooked for a crew and cared for a donkey-hearted Mamma - you can do it!

Looky! You are just about ready to slide under the next weight barrier and will enter the next decade of pounds!

HI Martha
You will be in the 80# club in know time. :yay:
I think your doing a great job.
You have been thru a lot. Loosing 1# is better then gaining 1.
I was at work 1 day, realy sick. And I wouldn't take any time out of work. A guy I was working with told me this.

He said
Being the woman of the house you are always taking care of your family. And if I didn't take care of myself. I wouldn't be able to care for them.

Doesn't that make sense?

So please take care of yourself. We all need you  to help use get to the 80# club.

Love Lelaine
We can do it.

Martha ~

Praying for your Mama and for you!

I am glad that you are getting your rear in gear and choosing wisely!

You know that nothing tastes as good as thin feels! Let's get those 2 pounds peeled off of you - we're standing at the door of the 80 pound club - there's a seat in here for YOU! It is fluffy and comfy and the red carpet leads right up to it....
