Mornin' losers. I'll start the roll call this morning with a 3 pound loss, putting me just 1 pound from my goal.

Milestone of the week: My size 6 jeans fit me even after washing and drying!

Good Morning,

I wasn't going to post for roll-call this morning after my Thanksgiving feast, and then I noticed how sparse it looked this morning. Are others having the same thoughts?

Even though I won't weigh/post today, and will be back next Sunday to report, I had to jump in and say...

WOW JO! HOW EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the inspiration to stay on plan, see results, and reach goal.

The ugly truth is that I chose to go off plan for 3 days over the holidays and have 4 extra pounds as a result! :cry: My choice, my consequence...but totally NOT worth it. I hope that at least some of it is water weight from the extra sodium. So, my mini-goal is to be 100% on plan until Christmas. This will be my gift to myself, and I expect I'll see good results.

Down a pound, and I'm now officially at my goal of 165 pounds! :D

I was having dreams this morning about buffets of fruit, yogurt and oatmeal, with smoothie machines everywhere. Oh, and I "accidentally" ate a piece of pizza in my dream. It wasn't even that good in my dream, darn it.

I started Wednesday but I have lost 6.5 pounds and have been in 100% compliance!!!! My 10 pound club needs to be removed since that was over a year ago! I should be regaining it again soon.

Hi All,
I was down another 3.5 this morning. That puts me 1.5 away from 80 #s. I would love to hit the 100 lb mark by the end of the year. That would mean another 21.5 lbs in 6 weeks hummmm. I wonder if I could make that happen. Well I will shoot for it and if I don't make it at least I will be closer then I am now. I'm not sure what I want to set for my goal yet. I guess it's time to start thinking about that.

I'm not weighing this week due to enjoying a traditional Thanksgiving Day dinner combined with eating out while travelling over the holiday (no desserts though!!!)!!

CONGRATS NOVA for reaching your goal AND for doing so during a holiday week!! WOW!!! You are are a role model for us all!!!

Well I wasn't gonna post my weigh in but it didn't change so I figured what the heck! Even after eating off plan for 3 days I am the same....must be the working out at the gym.
NSV this month is I bought 4 pair of size 10 pants and they fit very nice :)

I spent one heck of a week. We had company for Thanksgiving and a family member recouperating from an auto accident.
Besides waiting on her, I prepared the whole meal. This included 2 pies and a cake.
It felt good to be able to walk away from the table knowing I had not eaten one thing I shouldn't.
I had only lost 1 lb this morning, but I'm happy. It was impossible to get in much real excercise for the week. Next week I can get back into the groove.

First of all, wow Nova!!! Reaching goal on a holiday weekend! Jo, I'm offering to take that lb off your hands so you reach goal but I KNOW you'll be there in no time flat!

As for myself, I weigh 187.2 today. (BMI 27) That is a 5lb loss this first week back on program. Between the holiday and a couple of days with 2 bars...I'll take it! I'm starting to hit Ketosis and I feel wonderful! Thanks to all of you who whether you know it or not got me back on track!

Something is really weird...I posted on Roll Call today (I thought) and now it's not there.
And it was really good, too! (I thought)
Hope I can remember what it was.

NOVA, you reached goal! Excited am I! And JO may be there by now. I read on another post that LAURA had crossed the finish line.
And were is LAUREN at right now? WHOOHOO, WTG!
Good for you, MARILU. Already lost 8 pounds!
DEDE, my girl, I am very proud of you!!!!

I am hanging in there on maintenance, still 2 - 5 pounds below goal.
