Good morning everyone!

I'm down 2 lbs. this week for a total of 46 lbs. in 8 weeks! I am AMAZED that I still have a 2 lbs. loss after my binge Friday night!!!

You ALL were so supportive!!!!!!! You ALL rock!!!!!!!!

Good morning everyone ! Mom 2 B&R - the scale has moved forward and now you must too ! I am so happy for you and very inspired not only by your AMAZING results, but your stick to it attitude !!!!!

I want to thank Leeann - this week I am down three pounds ! I had been eating a lot of red meat and she suggested some fish. Well it seems to have done the trick ... so thanks Leeann ! Looking forward to reading everyone's results later today and hope everyone has a GREAT week ! Mytime

Happy Sunday morning everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. The weather here in upstate NY has been absolutely wonderful the past few days! Lots of getting outdoors and having fun. Hopefully the scale has been good to you all.

Judy, way to keep at it! Great 2lb loss for the week!

Mytime, 3lbs is awesome! Yeah, too much red meat will slow me down too. That's great that did the trick.

As for me, I'm down another 1.5 and this officially places me in 70lb club! Yeeeeehhhawwww!!! FINALLY!

Good morning everyone! The weather is Delaware has been so beautiful this weekend. Sunny & in the 70's - and it's November. I'm so glad you lost those 2 pounds, Judy. We need that kind of reminder & encouragement after a wee slip. And Mytime, 3 pounds = wow! I haven't had one of those in quite some time. Love to see you here, Lynne. You are always an inspiration, and I love that you are so small. Going from the 200's down to 146 is so cool. The 140's were my lowest place ever as an adult. I couldn't even imagine setting my goal lower than that, but I'm rethinking.

Ok - here it is (and isn't :? ). This morning I am at 99 pounds gone for good. I thought I'd play my games (sitting on potty all day for one more pound, shaving or cutting off every hair on my body, spitting out every last ounce of saliva - if you've read my past post you know I've either contemplated or actually done all of the above!). But I decided I want that Medifast 100 pounds to really be gone - and see none of it return the next day (I actually hit it yesterday morning very briefly). So I'm holding back the celebration for (hopefully) one more week. (This will be my second 100 pound celebration as my pre-Medifast high weight was 340; I am so blessed!)

Way to go everyone ... impressive losses so far! I'm very happy with my week as well. Week 7 and I'm down 4 more pounds for a total of 33 pounds. Yay us!

Special kudos to Linda - almost 100 pounds gone ... thanks for showing us it can be done! :yes:

Hello everyone, Sorry I havent posted for a while, October was not a good month for me and it left me feeling a little discouraged. But thankfully, November is starting out to be alot better. Maybe its because its my Birthday month. Anyway for the first time in a long time I'm down 4.8 pounds this week. I couldn't believe it. :D :D :D :D :D

No loss for me this week - holding steady with a 30 lb. loss. Had a few bites of the bite-size Halloween candy surrounding me in this house (I have 3 kids) and hopefully that's OVER since I've instructed the kids to keep it FAR away from me. I intend to hop on my treadmill today too which should help.

kimalexrn - WAY TO GO! You are my inspiration - and I've missed seeing you around! Don't be a stranger - and Happy November Birthday! :o

Well this is my 4th day of my 2nd start on MF - so far I'm down 10.6#'s. It's encouraging to see the consistent weight loss of those that stick to MF. Hope everyone has a great week.

WHOOOO HOOOOO! I lost 5.5 pounds this week for a total of 32 pounds!! I am in the 30 pound club...yipeeee!!! Way to go everyone! Linda... I can't wait for your 100 pound celebration!! You guys...WE ARE DOING IT!!! :lol:
