I am so happy to see everyone doing so wonderfully this week!! :D

...as for me ... I had a GAIN this week!! (first time ever) :cry: I gained 2 pounds (and I can't blame it on "Aunt Flo").

I have been having a terrible time with things personally around here and I have been very depressed. I have cheated; Had much more than 1 glass of wine the other night (and - of course - that made me want the PRETZLES in the bowl next to the wine!). Then, I just keep on goin' !!

I know that when I stick with this program - IT WORKS! I am 26lb proof of that. Just need that "spark" to get me back to it again 100% FULL TIME!

I promise myself - and you all - that I am going to TRY MY BEST to get back to it this week WITH NO CHEATS!

Please say a prayer for me. I have never been as happy as I am on MF (and I have not been this weight in over 15 years!)

Hi Everyone,
This is week two for me but I didn't realize there was a place to report how we did. So week one I lost 9 lbs and week two (today) I lost another 3.5 for a two week total of 12.5. I was wondering how do you get the little 10 # club icon to appear when you post? THis is truley the most amazing weight loss tool ever.

Struggled this week to stay on program - too many school year end festivities - just trying to keep a lid on my eating off program foods.
Down 1 pound this week.
Better change my sig bar.
This'll be another toughy coming up -
it won't be awesome - but I'll be very happy to lose one pound!!
Better get up on that treadmill a few more times!

Congratulations to all of you losers!! For those who reached ONEDERLAND and new clubs this week...way to go!!

I'm still on vacation in NYC and no where near a scale so won't be reporting my loss until next Sunday when I am home. I have been getting in tons of walking and I feel great!!

I have had a blast this week shopping for a new wardrobe. Such gorgeous clothes here!!! I bought a beautiful dark grey silk Jones New York 3 pc. suit on super sale at Macy*s and it is a Size 6. It made my day!!!

I haven't checked in in a couple of weeks, I have just been so frustrated with the plateau. Well, Thursday, I was down 6 pounds. So, I consider that the official end of my plateau. Today is Sunday, and I have been at my parent's all weekend. Father-daughter golf tournament, swimming, parties and the country club, bridal shower for my cousin, my mom trying out her new smoker, etc..... There was not a scale at my parent's...there was one in the tanning room, but it has mysteriously disappeared. Anyway, I weighed a bit ago when we got home. It is 10 pm, and I ALWAYS weigh more in the evening than I do in the morning. And the scale said...........207. Yep!! Last week I was back up as high as 217. Now, I am 207. Good bye plateau, hello slimming lane!!

Congrats to all those losers out there, you are really keeping me motivated.

I had a loss of 5.4# this week for a grand total of 30.9# for my 4 week total. That is pretty impressive to me for a total of 28 complete days on the program.

Sounds like everyone is having a good week for the most part! I am down to 159.5 (YAY!! I haven't seen the 150's for a LONG time) and am very excited to be getting closer and closer to my goal. I'm still not sure if my goal weight is 150 or 145...I'll have to see as I get closer.

I was at 162 last week so I'm down a total of 2.5lbs for the week. We are going to Las Vegas and Mexico next week and I'd love to get deeper into the 150's by then. I'll take any loss I can get though!

Okay, I know its Monday, but I just got to my brothers in Oklahoma City last night... and he has a computer. I've been on the road since Friday, and having a pleasant time visiting the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, and the largest cross in the western hemisphere with my mom.
I wish I was home to share this milestone in the presence of my wife, but unfortunately I am not... but... I am now in twoderland. :kool: I got on the scale and it said 299.4, which is 4 lbs this week so I will take it. :hi5:
Congrats to all the other losers, especially to my wife, Diana (for those of you who didn't know), and our best friends Tony and Sharon.. great job guys :dance:

Well I survived a very tough weekend! We were at a cabin at Lake Tahoe (that's not so tough) with 9 friends and family and I managed to stay completely on plan. No cheats. I am at 188 today. 12.5 lbs lost!!! Yeah!!!!

Down another pound and couldn't be more pleased!! Not in any rush, as long as I am losing a little something each week. No U-turns here for me, for I am on a one-way street....no matter how slow the speed limit!
