Wow! Congrats to all you Losers out there.

Just wanted to check-in and spread kudos out to you all.

Personally, I don't know what I've lost because I'm "Scaleless in Detroit". I did try the scale at the local Curves here a few days ago, and it showed a 3 1/2 pound loss over last week. But who knows. Different scales, different weights...sheesh. I'll just have to bite the bullet and weight until this coming Wednesday to weigh in.

Again, WTG to all of you! You inspire, encourage and amaze me daily!

Down another 2.2 pounds this week to 160.8! That's a 42.2 lb loss in just over 17 weeks!

You all are doing so great! I love coming in here and reading all the losses. I am down so far this week but I will wait till Wednesday to report. Oh by the way....I got a ditigal scale, I traded with my mom :)

Top o' th' morn to ye! And a sunshiny week to follow!

I love reading all the victory stuff! To be honest, that, more than the actual weight itself, is what drives me. Really, what good is it to lose all this and notice our lives haven't changed a bit?? So, here's to all the stuff we CAN do NOW because we're on this journey (with the added bonus of being on it together! kumbiya, my Lord,.... (ahem))

Loss this week: 3.5 lbs for a grand shed of 46.9.

Only lost 1 lb. this week - weight loss has been very slow for me lately - different reasons. Haven't been consistent with exercise and had a few extra bites at night the past few weeks. Funny thing - when I REALLY stick to Medifast, it REALLY works! Have to get back on a 100% MF track - I am on the road to ONEderland - 18 lbs. to go, then I can work on the last 50!

Anyway, my total is 61 lbs. and I KNOW that if I had never started Medifast last August, I would be sitting here at LEAST 61 lbs. heavier as I type this!

Congratulations to all the losers, maintainers, and those of you who might be struggling - HANG IN THERE - the results are SO worth it!

I am down a total of 2# this week to bring me to 200.5....alas no onderland for me....but it is my own fault. My best friend had a going away party on Weds. where I did have a few drinks (oh sweet Jameson how I love you!!!). But now I am back on track!! Heh heh....I guess I really lost 3 if you include the 1# I gained. Anyway I don't think I'll be doing that again, I felt so cruddy for the next 2 days it wasn't worth it....

Congrats to all losers, new club members and maintainers!

I was in the middle of a planned weekend-long cheat last weekend, so it is a bit hard to compare, but I am down 2 lbs from my weight before the binge. Wooo! Next planned weekend cheat is my birthday weekend, last weekend of July. :candle: ::goes to stare at the calender::

Meanwhile, it is awful nice to be comfortably in the 160s now. I have two scales: an old dial-type one and a new digital one I got just before I started Medifast. I got on the old one this morning and I can barely see the line for my starting weight! :grin:

Congrats everyone on your loss this week. Today is my first weigh-in since I started 71 days ago. The only thing I know about my starting weight is that I was over 400 lbs a year ago at my doctor's appointment and had "grown" since.

As of this morning, I am 342.2 lbs. Exciting doesn't begin to express how it feels.

well, i weighed 283.5 this morning, which is up 1 lb from a couple days ago.

there really can't be ny way i gained weight because i don't cheat, so it's probably water.

i just wish the poundage was coming off more consistantly.

ok, i just had to edit my own post...

it's really good that you guys do this every week, because i just went back and looked at last sunday. i weighted 287. so, i've lost 3.5lbs this week. that isn't bad! i guess i just get frustrated because i weigh every day. i know, i know....

there really should be a 12 step program for scaleoholics.

Good Morning!

I am down 2 pounds for my first "real" week. I wish it were more, but I'm not complaining. I think my body is still in readjustment mode because I'm still hungry and tired. Plus today began my TOTM, so ...

Also, I've decided to count the 2 pounds I lost doing total low-carb for a week while waiting for my MF and the one pound I lost on my first week on MF (6/3-6/11) that I was doing the full fast, but found out that it was too many carbs for me, so now I'm on 5&1. So, I started at 170 and I'm down to 165!

This is a MAJOR milestone for me because I haven't been able to break 170 for 4 years!!!

I had a 1 pound loss this week, which generally is in line with my pattern of loss over 17 weeks:(just a little tmi for anyone who likes to see how losses go sometimes with at least one person..lol)

Steve lost 4 pounds this week which brings him to a total loss in approx 5 weeks too 22 pounds gone..although he didn't weigh today so its probably more..lol

For my 2nd Sunday Roll Call...I lost 1.6 pounds this week.

I think my body must be saving it back for a great big loss number next week!

Congrats to everyone on a successful week! I'm down 7 lbs this week for a total of 22 lbs in 3 weeks! :cleader: I know it'll start slowing down soon, but I'm enjoying the ride :lol:

And.. I slid into my size 16's today.. Woohoo! :partytime:
