Congratulations to everyone on all their successes :lol:

I am not sure how much I am down this week compared to last because I have not been weighing myself every week. I do know that I am down a total of 31 pounds :lol:

Oh Unca, please add me to that groovy 30 pound loser club. I am off to change my ticker.

Hmmm. I posted my loss yesterday and now my post is missing. :x Oh well.

Congrats to everyone who's made another week on plan. Go Team :mrgreen:

Yesterday when I weighed in I was 215.5 a loss of 4.4 for the week. BUT since I'm getting a second chance to post today I'm at 213.9!!!!!

I'm happy to reprt that I have a 4 lb loss for week 2, for a total loss of 9 lbs. Next week I'll be a member of the 10# club! :-P

And bringing up the rear ... I'm at 138.8 today, 0.4 up from last week. But my lowest for the week was 137.2, so I'm counting it as down 1.2 for the week. I think I'm just having some sandbox and bloat issues right now.

Hey, and I just remembered. It's my one-year anniversary today!!! On Medifast, that is. Too bad the scale couldn't celebrate with me. :(

Hey Team,

Sorry to be posting so late, but Monday has always been my "official" weigh day. I've been posting on Sundays and it's all getting very convoluted trying to remember my numbers, so I'm now going to just post on Mondays.

I am down to 209.4 lbs today, which is huge b/c I now weigh less than my DH!!! This has never happened before so it's momentous!!! I don't remember what my weight was last week but I think I lost 2 lbs and some change. My job hunt has been keeping me so busy that I honestly can't remember and I've stopped obsessing about my daily number.

CONGRATS to all the other MMT team members!!!

:lol: Finally into the 20 pound club. Down to 169.5. I am thrilled, but I am also inspired by all the great losses I see around here! I still have 49.5 pounds to go. Time to get crackin!!

I thought Wednesday would never get here. I weighed in today at 196 approx. I need a ditigal scale I see that now. Anyway thats a 3 lb loss. YEA ME!!!!!

Im still alive, I have sent my scale on a road trip in a freight truck...I hope my plateau is over before I see it again! But...my work husband is punching a new hole in my belt today....Ark's gonna beat me, but oh well! We're all winners, I mean losers!
