Wow...What a great bunch of losers you all are! Everyone is doing great!

As for me...I don't know how much I lost...as I am now officially Off the scale for the next 30 days! I feel Liberated!

I am sure if I weighed myself...I would see a Very Big loss....But...

Who Knows?!l :lol:

Congrats to all you loosers, maintainers and such. You all continue to inspire me in so many ways.
I will be weighing in on Wednesday and I will let you all know how that goes.

congratulations to all the losers and maintainers... i lost 3 more pounds...putting me at 206...onederland is so close i can taste it....certainly tastes better than pizza :P

Well, I am in the middle of a weekend-long cheat that I have been promising myself for about a month. I am up 1 lb from last Sunday, but I am not changing my ticker! I go back on plan Monday, and I'm sure it will come right back off.

Howdy all you losers out there!! ;) Well it looks like Mike has joined me in the 40# club!!!! :buddies: This week I have lost 6.7 pounds!!! :whoohoo: Here's to more losses in the coming week! :kool:

Well this week I am down 3.5# putting me at 202.5.....the 30# mark and onderland are so close!!!! I hope to be able to report to you all next week that I have hit these goals!

well, i'm still stalled.
i weigh a whopping 287.
maybe i can get taller... yeah. that's it...

i'm gonna go hang from the rafters in the garage like a bat and see if i can stretch a little bit.

We'll find out what our VERY BIG LOSSES will be next month, God willing. I feel liberated too (for those of you who don't know, Denise and I are swearing off the scale for a month and will try to weigh monthly....it's the Great Experiment! anyone who wants to can feel free to join us).

Great losses everyone! Starting to feel a little "scale-envy". :-P :twisted:

Congratulations to everyone for doing so well. I weighed in this morning at 202.5, so 4.5 lbs down in 5 days. This forum is the only thing keeping me sane right now.

Got on the scale this morning and am exactly where I was before vacation. Whatever I had gained I lost. Yeah! It's also TOM so may have lost a little more, who knows. Looking forward to a great week. Congrats to everyone on their success. :goteam:

I too am with Joy, I am going to wait a little while before I weigh in again, but Im only going to wait 2 weeks. I havent been too happy with the scale lately....feel like tossing out the window this morning! I think my problem is stress. Gotta watch that, cuz thats what got me to the point I was at to begin with.(UGH!)

I'm SO late posting today!

...and I'm with you Sheila! I would LOVE to throw my scale from a high building :x I have been having such a hard time with my losses these last few weeks!

I am down ONE stinkin' pound this week (after three weeks of NOTHING!) :shock:

I guess its better than being UP a pound, but it is just so hard to be working as hard as I have been to stay OP and still not lose anything for three weeks ... then to see a ONE pound loss :(

Anyone else have this happen? What is the remedy that 'yall have found (beside staying OP) ... anyone do 6 supplements with no L&G for a few days ... my husband thinks I should just eat whatever one day a week and then go back to MF ... he thinks that my body is just so use to this that it has "settled". He said that a slice of pizza might just shock it to remember that I am DIETING. I am afraid that a slice of pizza will shock ME into remembering and then I might not be in control anymore!

All I can say is, "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!"
