Way to go everyone! This sounds like a great week so far - new clubs, no meds, lots of loss! I am down to 211, about a 4 pound loss this week.

I decided to start doing some exercising into my weight loss. Don't worry, I plan to take it sloooow. Im going to do Leslie Sansone in home walking videos, and its pretty low impact. I don't just want to lose weight, I want to be in shape :).

Hugs to everyone, and I wish all the Medifasters a blessed week

Wow ... we're having some major victories this week! Congrats to everyone who has posted so far and the losers yet to come!
Lauradr - I'm so glad to see you back!
After being up last week, I'm down 5 pounds in week 38 for a total loss of 110 pounds. I've continued exercising, alternating days with strength training and a recumbent bike. So, my experience with starting exercise was that I didn't lose for about a week and a half, but hopefully that has leveled out now.
And to be a copycat to Loriann - I'm 5'4" as well, so now I'm overweight too. Yay!! Sidenote - When I first started I thought I was 5'5", so I've been wondering if I should lower my goal, but I think I'll just see how it goes when I actually get there.
Way to go everyone - I'm so happy for us all! :goteam:

Nicki, I've been considering lowering my goal weight, too. But I'm gonna wait until I hit my original goal to see how I feel and what size I wear. I also want to get into single digit sizes again. Another thing to consider......how much does that extra skin weigh?

Congrats to all the losers, maintainers and plateauers.

I am somehow down 3 pounds since last week. I don't know how- I had food poisoning Thursday night and have been eating some medi-food, but also have been having chicken noodle soup, rolls and soft pretzels to settle my stomach.

So we are now at a total of 14.5 pounds in 5 weeks, bringing me to 160.5. Can't wait to cross over into the 150's!!

Good Morning Losers,

Wow, some great losses this week so far! Congrats to everyone!

Well, after 2 weeks with no loss I am down 4 lbs. for a total of 74.5 lbs. gone in 19 weeks. I had hoped for a little more but I will take it and rejoice in the fact that the plateau seems to have ended!!! I hope to see Onederland very soon!

Jerry lost 7 lbs. this week and is thrilled after having had no loss last week. He has lost 98 lbs. in just 19 weeks and is of course hoping for the big 100 lost by next week's roll call.

It's hard to believe that in 19 weeks we have lost a combined total of 172.5 lbs. of lardage from our household but that is really exciting.

Have a great week all!
