3 Pounds. That makes 3 weeks in a row of three pounds lost or more. I owe it all to COMPLIANCE. And a certain litlle sockmaker who kept bugging me about it!

G'morning all you losers and shakers.

Biki, I'm just so happy for you. Nobody but you can take credit for the success you are having. Nothing anyone can say can make you get serious about compliance if you don't choose to be compliant. You're doing great!

I'm continuing to maintain several pounds below goal. 133 today. I thought about having dessert after dinner last night, but knew that I shouldn't have my MF pudding if I did. Couldn't stand the thought, so I chose the pudding......what is the matter with me!!!!!

Godd morning all, and good job to all you loosers. I am not weighing in this week. I told myself I would give myself 1 week to detox and get all the water weight back off from vacation. It was amazing how puffy you can get in just a couple of weeks. We got home Tuesday night, and I was shakin' Wednsday mornring. I feel so much better back on MF. I plan on posting some good numbers next week. :)

Well, for the 2nd week in a row.....I have only lost 1 #.

I guess my miraculous weight loss Friday at the Biggest Loser Challenge at work must have been a fluke because I'm right back at only 1 lb. I've been absolutely compliant every week, but I'm not seeing large numbers......what gives?

Anyway....enough feeling sorry for myself.

Congratulations everyone!

Roll Call

Postby Porky2 » February 25th, 2007, 7:43 am

Goooood Morning!! and "CONGRATS" to all who loss and maintained!! :yay:
Biki and all please help me get clarification with this:
This morning i weighed myself on my WW digital scale same place and time, and it said 182.6...my starting weight was 187.2...i was so surprised until i "immediately" stepped on the scale again to see if this was actually right..lol!..now it's saying 183.0
I didn't know which weight loss was the accurate one. So then i went and weighed myself on my other scale which is a "health o metric" and it read 181.

Could there be something wrong with the WW scale? It also has a save/recall feature, and when i pushed the button to save the 182.6 weight it didn't save it, jsut saved the original weight #. Maybe there's a defect in the scale. Just wanted to see what your thoughts were on this issue before i adjusted my ticker and/or take the WW scale back to Bed Bath and Beyond...sorry to be so long-winded but had to explain..lol!
Thanking you in advance:+)

Congrats everybody! It's early already such fanstastic reports! Special kudos to Chynna - I think the "truth" is somewhere between the two scales. So you are probably down 6 pounds!!!!

As for me, I don't get to weigh in until my doc's visit on March 15. So I will post at that time. I only get to measure myself and judge by fit of my clothes until then.

Hey Chynna....I have had the same problem with the WW scale, and what I did was changed the battery (you can get that at you local longs/rite aid store) because one day I got on and it said I had gained 4 pounds and then lost 5 pounds...a different reading every time. I changed the battery and now it works like clockwork!! Try it!

Good morning all....well I lost 1.9 pounds this week putting me at 181.1 and 1.1 from goal!! Little upset though because I was a half pound lower yesterday and was compliant all day long!! :x :x Only thing I can think is that I ran a half mile at 8 last night and went to bed at 10 so not enough time to recover and also probably gained a little muscle. oh well hopefully this week I will hit goal!!! Good luck to everyone today!

Morning All,

Glad to see everyone is sticking with it.

I've had a really difficult week. At one point the scale was up a pound and a half, then for some retarded reason I got on it the next NIGHT and it was up 5 MORE POUNDS. Has to be TOM.

I weighed this morning at 221.4, so I have 2/10's loss to report, even though I have been compliant. Hopefully the bloat will pass and I'll have a much better number next week. Seeing the scale go up like that was very devastating emotionally and I had to fight very hard not to just chuck it and eat. This morning I'm feeling bruised and battered over it.

Soooo, I am making the commitment right here and now that I am only weighing once a week for the Sunday morning roll call.

So many of us are doing so well, keep up the good work!

Only 1 lb this week; I'm chalking it up to the hor-mo-nays.

Good job, everyone! For me, sometimes checking in is the biggest battle.
