Happy Sunday and February 1st to you all !
I am happy to report that I am down 11 pounds !! Lost 4 in this past week !

I feel great and can't wait to lose more !!

Unca Tim, please put me in the 10 # club !!

Yay me !! :D

No loss this week. I weigh 166. It's ok though, I am doing great and knew this would happen again at some point.

Hi, All. I'm down .8 for the week. Not thrilling but I had TOM and had to WI the morning after a late travel day so it could have been worse :).
