Down several pounds, but I lost track.

STILL not in the 30# club!!!!

I was 145.2 yesterday, and today I woke up and was 145.6

Then I pooped, and went up to 145.9

Any ideas?

Up 2.8 lbs this week to 215. Travel and a screwed up sleep schedule I think has gotten to me. For instance yesterday was a 7&1 day due to the length of the day, and the worst part was it was not intentionally long.

Anyhow, congrats to all the losers this week. Good luck next week!

Hi everybody! Great roll call so far today - of course they usually are. Sorry to those who are struggling with the numbers - I feel your pain but hang in there!

I was down 1.5 - after an oops with cheese last night - not a cheat but ignorance on my part about foods. Hit the 20# club and I actually didn't even realize it until I changed my ticker and read how much I'd lost. Funny, I've been waiting and waiting for it but I was so focused on how I gained a pound since yesterday that I missed it!

Congrads everyone. This week was frustrating scale was up and down, I am fighting a bad cold. I think part of it is the scale so I ordered a new large platform very high weight scale. I have a hard time getting a stable reading because if I move around I can flex ths platform enough to change the readings.Hopefully the new scale will be better. This week I have a loss of 5 lbs.

Ron, I don't know if you already ordered your scale, but I faced the same thing. I ordered an XL440 (I forget the brand). There is also an XL550 for higher weights. This has been a great scale and seems to be solid and consistent

Hi guys,

Seems everyone had a frustrating week - I lost 1.76lbs from Wednesay until today (Monday morning) - have had a bad cold into the bargain as well - hate those colds!

End of 8 weeks for me now - 33 odd lbs (15.1 kgs) down on my starting weight.

Now for the next 8 week stint!!

kind regards

Gavin

I am not sure what the brand is but it has a 15" square base and 1000lb capacity so it should be allot easier to be accurate. I currently use a beam scale with a 350lb capacity with modification to read higher. It is accurate if you weigh 200ls but I can move it 10 lbs if I try and i have to be careful to try to do it the same way each time.

Congratulations, Mary. Two mini-goals in one week! WHOOHOO! You are indeed the wonderwoman this week.
And to everyone else for sticking in there, losing or gaining or holding your own.

131.5# for me this week. I am up from my goal somehow. I feel it is some water retention due to not drinking enough water, extra sodium, etc.
Maintaining after goal is a challenge :x But plenty worth it!
Hang in there for the gold ring!

Thank you Lizabette and Dede!

It was a pretty rough week for me ... the scale went up, locked in and I was sure it would not give it to me. I'm glad I was wrong! LOL

Anyway, your affirmation is very encouraging! You are both very kind ... :)

Down a pound. It's official I'm in the #10 lb club!

Mondays are my personal official weigh in days - so I'll change my ticker then. I knew this week wouldn't be much due to the fact of TOM should be popping up any day- I was a royal beast Wednesday and Thursday at work. From when I use to track my weight (3 official weigh ins a week) I learned that I normally get my "weight gain" for TOM the week or so before. So I'm hoping for more of a drop after TOM.
Start date: 2-05-07

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.
