Baby, I'm at 205, 6 pounds to onederland and 2 pounds to 30 pound club. I am trying not to jinx myself. I even prayed for compliance and good health for myself and all Medifasters this morning at Mass.

You are doing a marvelous job, Biki! Hang in there. As for me, self sabotage is the only way I feel I can jinx myself. Sometimes I think these mini goals (Onederland, 10# clubs) are harder to grasp than the long term goal. For example, I thought I'd loose 3 lbs this week and didn't, even with compliance! Still, I need to focus on my goal and not look back.

Thank you for the prayerful support; I will keep you (and our MF family) in mine as well!

Howdy everybody! It's been a while, I know. Bad on me. Image

So many fantastic accomplishments and newbies I've missed out on! CONGRATS to EVERYONE and to the newbies for joining in on this wonderful journey! Image

The last I reported (can't remember when that was) I was at 141. Last Sunday I was up to 143. I weighed yesterday and was pleasantly surprised with 138 and this morning I was TOTALLY FLOORED at the scale reading 136.2! I checked it several times to make sure it was reading correctly and it was. Image 1.2 lbs away from goal! Image
I'm incredibly high on life right now! Image

I may move my goal down to about 128, that will give me a healthy BMI of 23. I haven't decided yet.
I at least want to reach my original goal though so I can say ~

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Image

OH! I almost forgot! 110# club for me now please! Image

Congrats to all. I'm still in maintenance land. Right at goal today, after a bit of a "free" day yesterday (so I'm probably lower than that without the salt). Back on the treadmill today, too, after a few weeks off because of my trip out of town to take care of my uncle and then later because of my schedule change.

Weigh-in 1

Postby Seaside » February 4th, 2007, 11:08 am

I started the first week of January but didn't weigh in (out of abject terror at what I'd see) -- I know I've lost much more than this, but it's my starting place. Woo hoo! 3 lbs!!!

Compliant all week (whoo, I haven't been able to say that for awhile) and down .6 during TOM. I'll take it! Next week I'm aiming for the 20# club. :D

Down one pound this week, which makes 13 altogether. I've been bad about the water the last couple of days, though. :? This week, I promise to drink it all!!

Well this week was a great 3 lbs. 222 is my current weight and 22 lbs til my original goal. Even though I already adjusted down my goal to 178, I will still look at 200 and see if it is where I want to be. I am also only 4 lbs away from being "Overweight" according to the BMI instead of "Obese".

Congrats to everyone for your accountability and good luck this week. Keep up your compliance and work towards your goal, whether it is a mini-goal(10# club, etc.) or a major goal (onederland) which is my next one.

Hi guys,

Exactly 4 pounds down this week - I thought it would be more since I have been doing a bit of bike riding but then I guess muscle is heavier than fat heheheh I did drop 3 cms which is just over one inch as well so I am pleased.

Not to mention an NSV - I tried on a t-shirt I bought in Thailand last September - that the guy selling it assured me would 'easily' fit me - which of course I wouldn't try on in the shop for fear of embarrassment and which, naturally, when I got it home wouldn't even go near covering the wobbly bits - well, now it hangs like it was made for me hehehehe

Kind regards

Gavin

Congrats on your NSV and your loss. 4 lbs is a great amount! No complaints there, it is close to the top end of the range of average weight loss on the program. Congrats for such a great loss this week.

thanks very much guys for the encouragement - I really do enjoy your comments.

And now off to frighten the wobbly bits!!

By the way, a thought that struck me at the weekend - its no use talking about WILL power - will give you permission to do something - as in I will eat that cream cake, its WON"T power thats really powerful - I WON"T eat that cream cake

Just a thought from the Department of Helpful Thoughts

Kind regards

Gavin

Way to :goteam: !!!

Well, I told you guys I wasn't 100% compliant this week ... it was very hard for me to come back ... But I didn't do too bad, and tomorrow will be my official first week.

Oh, by the way, I've lost 11 pounds in 6 days :yay: :whoohoo: I'm so excited!!!

Good going, everyone!

I am off to a good start, lost almost 2 lbs since yesterday even after having some of my DH's fabulous home-made chili (very low fat but still).

Nothing works like success!
