Good morning, everyone. I'm down another 3.5 lbs for the week. Praise God!

I also noticed this morning that according to the BMI chart, I am no longer officially 'obese'. I'm at the top of the chart for the category of 'overweight', but, hey, I'm claiming that as a definite positive! :boing:

well this is my official 1st roll call :yes: and I have lost 10 lbs. :kool:

I am interested to see how long it will take my body to reach 1st goal. I am giving an estimation of 6 weeks, but it might be less. Let see how things turn out for me and from reading the post, everyone is doing very well.

Hi gang,
well I lost 1# thiis week for a total of 57# pounds gone gone .I am getting close to 60# hopefully next week . but I just keep chugging along.

-4 lbs for me! Not as good as I hoped again, but still more than if I were not doing MF. I seem to not lose anything at all on the weekends even though my water drinking is still good and I am staying true to the plan. Maybe by week 3, I will start kicking butt. Anyhoo, everyone is doing terrific! Keep up the good work!

P.S. Unca, put me in the 10 lb club please! I haven't changed my sig yet.

do you realize every time you say "ONLY" 4 lbs, or "not as good as I had hoped, you are setting yourself up for failure? All it take is to follow it up by saying "Oh well, since I ONLY lost 4 lbs, I'm going to go ahead and eat whatever I want now." It's that slippery slope back to your start weight and beyong.

You gotta remember--our bodies are not alike. While you haven't had big changes yet, your big week may come around the 4th or 5th week of the program.

Staying faithful ensures that the weight WILL come off--regardless of the rate!

I'm thrilled - weighed in at 240.5 this week for a 6 pound loss this week!

Good Morning, Put me down for 1 pound this week. Now I am evened out from when I gained. I am down a total of 29 pounds! Just a hair away from the 30# club!
