:wave: I'm sooooo behind...it's gonna take me a week to catch up!

Sorry I haven't been around much. I had a little emergency come up last Wednesday and actually had to go off of Medifast for a couple of days while in the hospital. :shock: I had Appendicitis.
Thank god we caught it in time before it burst ...

Well, I was really hoping that I would be in the 20 lbs club at my one month mark. But, I'm 1 little lbs short. That's ok, I've never lost 19lbs in one month before!
I'm thrilled!!!

in the last day or two, if i get up quickly (or not so quickly) sometimes i feel faint. like the room loses color. if i stand still for several seconds, it goes away. anyone else experience this?
