I'm not at home until late late tomorrow, I don't have enough packets, I miscounted by 2.. I'll have one when I'm home late tomorrow, but that will still leave me short 1 for the day, I dont know what to do?

This is why you are with TSFL... HA to the rescue.

You can have an 8 oz glass of skim milk to tide you over if needed. You can also do that as a latte if you would rather.

There are also RTD-like products in stores, but make sure its the low sugar ones, like Atkins or low carb slim fast.

There are also bars that are low carb/low sugar with almost the right amount of protein.

Anyhow, lots of things to contemplate.

The low sugar Quaker Oatmeals are VERY similar in content to the MF ones as well. They lack some of the nutrients, but are even a little lower in carbs and sugars.

Milk it is then, if I can sneak out of this conference long enough to go down to the hotel's complimentary breakfast thing before they shut it down at 11.
