The typical MF rule is 64 oz minimum pure water then other fluids (low to no calories) above that. I actually shoot for 80-96 oz pure water then 12-20 additional (usually more).

Good idea to have a minimun, then you can go over after that.

Hey Mike -

I just had to ask - Brian posted some conference pictures - have you lost weight that you are not telling us about? Or has it just been that long since you posted a recent pic? Everyone looked great but you looked so much slimmer!

Hope you all had a blast - you terrific thinny people!

You are so sweet. ;)
Actually, none lost since the last time I posted... but I do think that what I have has redistributed itself, because I am now wearing XL instead of 2XL shirts.

Anyway, I was up a bit before we left for conference and when we weighed in today, I am back down almost to where my ticker shows.

Anyhow, we are both back on plan, strict, and we are getting rid of this weight.
We are so excited about what is going on both with the company, and with the people. We can't wait for this to explode... and it will. The medivcal profession is tired of dealing with the issues, and now they want to help with prevention... so here we go.

Stop flirting with a married man, Nicks! (Especially one with such a stunning wife.) That I know of Mike has never delivered pizzas.

Ha - only to measure things, unless you've decided you don't want to be a teacher anymore.

Okay, time for an update.....

Di and I had a fabulous time at the TSFL Conference. Wew drove from beautiful Benicia, California all the way to Keystone, Colorado (taking our time to do a little shopping at the Nordstrom rack in Salt Lake City of course ;) )

Di had something in her lean and green the night we arrived that had MSG, so she started things off with a terrible migraine that lasted 2 days.... :(

I also started the conference week off by having my neck go out of place (been in pain for over a week now :aarggh:), but I plowed on.

We had a great time once we got started though. We stayed with Terry, Nancy, and Unca_Tim (right across from the conference hall). It was a real joy getting to see people that we haven't seen in a while (Smartypantz, Seemelose, Jan, etc) and I finally got to meet Brian (bdg) and Joellie (man are they a great couple ;) )

Its just a great experience for anyone to experience, and to see all of these great people who really have the heart for getting people healthy in this country. We are both so inspired, that rather than gaining weight on the roadtrip, we actually had lost all of the weight we had put back on over the past couple of months (even traveling) :idontknow:

We had a beautiful drive home (see pics at the bottom of page 1 here: http://www.makemethinner.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11490

While on the road home, we had the chance to meet one of our TSFLers, which was a fabulous opportunity. We are hoping to take a trip to NY in April (spring break), so all of you New Yorkers, be prepared

Well, we are home and we feel great. We are recharged, and ready for take-off (as Leo Williams mentioned) :bravo:

Just a little note to Dayna for finding this program and leading us to it. :yourock:

Thanks to Nancy and Terry (and Tim) for putting us up and for putting up with us :bravo:

Thanks to all others who have helped me along on this program personally (you know who you are) :whoohoo:

And of course, praise to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who gives me the strength and endurance to do all things that I put my heart into doing. ;)

I'm so proud of you for getting back on track and moving forward. I know together we're stronger as a team than apart.

It meant so much to me to be able to dance with you to our song, but this time to feel your arms around me, and to wrap mine around you. I can't wait for more of those kinds of things.

Did you ever imagine we'd have a marriage like this? We have a FUTURE! And it's going to be a healthy, active, purposeful, vibrant, vital one!

I love you!

Since the topic was brought up of the class reunion in Di's journal, I thought I'd post a pic of us as we were getting ready to go.

I think we make a pretty nice looking couple. We had a good time.
