Well, it's back to work today...Was able to drop another 2 lbs over the long weekend and that puts me into losing a little over 12 lbs...I am happy and look forward to a great week...Thank goodness my TOM is over...What a week it was after NOT having it for almost 3 months...

Anyway, I want to really burn up the pounds this week...Anyone want to join me???

Congrats on the loss. :) I have been stuck for 3 days. Not a really big deal, but still annoying!

Thanks Sharon !
I made it home and when I arrived my DH knew I was hungry, and quickly made a grilled chicken breast atop a green salad...Now I feel better and will have one more shake before bed...Ya know, I 've realized I have to let it all sit in my head...then it makes this plan relatively easy...I remember when I went on MF last summer...started May 1st and lost about 22 lbs the first month...felt good...then after June wet by, I had lost another 15 pounds and felt even better...

I think that once I was losing at a steady pace, it was so exciting to see from week to week, what clothes fit , and which ones were too big !!

Looking forward to that feeling again...

How sweet of your hubby!

I find whenever I need a boost I do a closet purge. Now most of my clothes have become too big, even stuff from the "too small" box. It is a real motivator. Keep some of your largest clothes so you can try them on once in a while and be amazed!

Hi Pam! Thanks for stopping by my journal. I've been really busy the past few days and haven't had much time to post or read, but I'm trying to catch up with everyone today.

It sounds like you are doing great. What you said about letting it sink in and then seeing the pounds drop being encouraging is so true. That's seriously what is keeping me going right now. I'm a daily weigher, so naturally I see lots of ups and downs. Even on the days when I might see a gain or a stall I head off to my closet and try on clothes. That always gets me in the right frame of mind.

Glad to hear you are doing so well! Keep it up girl!

Thanks Trace and Mickey...

Busy day today and I was off my shakes schedule...So I 'm due to have two tonight before bed...I was STARVING when I got home so I quickly made chicken and a green veggie...Whew ! That was close ! My days are busy with work and my nights are filled with helping my daughter with homework, making sure she has a bath, taking her to her Tae Kwan Do lessons, and just busy bein a Mom...

Hubby is still recovering from arm surgery...Seems depressed, but I won't let it get ME down !!

Have a good night... :D

Hey Pam!

Sounds like you are doing a great job staying on plan despite the full schedule. I can read the excitement in your posts. Girl you've reached the Medi-Zone!
