So, it has been 1 week today since I started MF. I feel really good minus AF. I weighed in at exactly 199 this morning, for a total of 8.2 pounds gone forever. I am having a slight problem with getting in all 5 supplements. I try to space them out for a 16 hour day, but I find that my last supplement would be right before I shower and getting ready for the next morning, and I am in the habit of not eating anything at least an hour before bed, And at 2 hour spaces, I am still full, so I normally eat/drink on the 3rd hour. Any suggestions for getting the 5th supp in?

Because the supplements are what they are you can eat them right before bed. What you don't want before bed is something heavy like a lean and green or something higher in sugar or carbs. This is why it is suggested not to eat your bar right before bed. I often enjoy a chai latte, hot chocolate or cappachino as my last meal of the day. You may also consider the fruit drinks or tea since they are whey based they aren't as filling as soy (theoretically anyway). I like the rasp iced tea hot sometimes.

Whatever you do - DON'T skip that meal! The balance of the nutrition in MF is so exact that skipping a meal is harmful to your progress.

ok, so I am sitting here and work reading rodeomom's journal, and I look down to see myself sitting cross-legged, and comfortably! I can't believe it. The only time that I sit like that is at home sitting on a soft, cushy couch. I haven't done this since I was 6 months pregnant. That was over a year ago! OMG!

oh and today I had 4, yes 4 supplements at work. I am STUFFED!!!! Thank goodness I still have a commute home and then schoolwork to do. I can at least have some breathing time between meals. I still spaced them out for 2-3 each, but goodness!

Ok, so I went into the garage tonight and pulled the dress out of storage. Oh the wonderful dress.... I took a picture of it and Makayla's dress and they are almost a complete color match. I couldn't believe it. Now that I have a strict goal, I am not taking family pictures until I am back into that dress.... Now to just get through thanksgiving and travelling and I will be good.

Thanks for stopping by my journal and for your note of encouragement. You have set a great goal! Keep that dress or a picture of it where you can see it often. That way you will never be able to forget what you are aiming for.

Keep up the good work!

Ok! here is my weekend and TODAY rant. Let's start with the one thats not very long. Today, I woke up late, made a bottle for dd, made a shake for myself, got ready for work, and left. I get to work and remember that I forgot my MF meals at home! :x :x And a round-trip to and from work is an hour and a half. Meaning, I can't just go home and get it.
As for this weekend. Saturday morning, I was completely on plan for MF. By mid-day we were running so late for the birthday party that I forgot to eat at home. So I was starving and seeing Mr. Goodcent's sandwich's I had a moment of weakness. I had a sandwhich and diet soda. And then we got home, and got the little miss in bed and I start working on my homework. I went in search of a new program for my calculator, and my connect for my calculator said I needed a new operating system so I downloaded that and before I got a chance to back up all my programs I LOST THEM ALL! :x So I have my final next week, with no programs. And I can't find them because I got them 6 years ago! When I lost everything, I reached over to my dh's desk and grabbed his shot. And his next one... So I was slightly up on weight come Sunday morning, weighing 199.2.
Sunday, I was completely back on plan. And then I wake up late this morning and didn't weigh myself and then forgot my MF meals like an IDIOT.

Maybe just make it a nighttime ritual to put your meals in the car at night. Kind of like you never forget to brush your teeth. Or maybe just always keep 10 envelopes in your car at all times. Just in case.

Why, WHY did I do this to myself?! I just went to the bathroom, and lo and behold 4 pimples! 4 effing pimples! When I get home tonight, that is it! No more going off plan! No more drinking till I lose these pesky pounds/inches! Why does my body immediately give me pimples the minute I eat a bad food or alcohol?!
I am beyond irrated with myself! :x

Sorry to hear about how frustrating life is being for you right now. I wish I had some kind words for you, but I just can't. Somehow, we all need to find an acceptable way to handle the stresses in our lives without going off plan. I hope you can find better ways of handling the oopses of life than to drink or eat.

I am really not saying this to be mean, I am just trying to give you some motivation to think about before you fall off plan again.

You can still technically stay "OP" today without your meals if you want to. Just drink 8oz of low fat or skim milk in place of those meals. That will give you the protein you need to stay on plan.
