hey Brooke! I have been in hiding because I have ben a slack @$$ the past month. I didn't handle travelling and the holidays as well as I thought I would. I gained all the weight back plus a few, so Jan 2nd was my official restart. So far so good, and I am already seeing a drop, so there is more motivation this time. My coworkers and I are going to start hiking together twice a week and I am so excited. ATM, one of them is using an "Ab Slider". I guess we are all going to take turns at strengthing our abs.. lol
How have you been? You are SO close to goal... grats on still having a loss while travelling.

Well, I am back.
I have been a serious slacker since Thanksgiving. I need to put a stop to my sweet tooth that craves refined sugars. I need to get back on plan and stick with it.
I think it's time that I get back to the basics and devour "The Secret is Out" book again. I know that this plan is simple and easy to use, but I keep losing my motivation.
I know why I kep eating off plan and it is something that I need to work on. I might start going back to meal prep for DH's dinner. I know that cooking a meal for him is normally my breaking point at night, so I need to find another alternative to that.
I think that I am going to have to make more changes then just my diet, because obviously I am still having trouble balancing everything.
