Way to be accountable. Nothing you can do about it now but get back on plan and let it be a lesson learned. You won't fully realize until a few days have passed and you haven't lost much if any weight, but then it will hit you that the sandwich and the drinks sooooo weren't worth all the days of losing that you lost. You'll kick yourself but you will learn from it.

Get back up and on the wagon girl.

yup...what they both said. :D

Can you leave packets in your desk at work? I guess i am just assuming you have a desk... Or like Biki said, leave some in your car? better yet, just stick some in your purse that you keep there for emergencies. Still pack yours at night for the next day but if you happen to forget them, you still have your "purse reserves". Wow, i guess i am just "chock full of assumptions" now aren't i??? You could easily come back with... i dont have a desk at work, i drive a forklift. i can't leave it in my car, my husband drops me off at work (where i drive a forklift) and i can't put them in my purse, i don't carry one because there is no place to hang it on the fork lift. Sorry ruth, just trying to help!!!

Ok, personal rant on my sister....
Her christmas gift to dh, dd, and I is paying for our family portaits. Her boyfriend is getting photos done and they are using a friend and she wants to include us in the photo shoot and then just pay for it. The kicker is the bf wants to get them done the week after thanksgiving. There is no way that I am going to fit in the dress by then. The dress is a size 12 and I am still pushing a 16. I guess it is time for me to start working out and so I can look good. I asked her if we can postpone them a couple weeks, but the bf wants pix to be included in christmas cards. EEERRRR. I was SO looking forward to wearing the dress for pictures too.
Anyways, I ordered a pack of PB2 today. Yesterday and so far today have been good days. I haven't been drinking enough water so I know I need to get better with that.
Oh, and I caught the cold that is going around. Yippee!!! oh and I have a migrane today. Not Fun!!!

Well, since she is paying for them let her do them now. THEN when you can fit into your dress have some done again as your reward to yourself for making that goal. I think it would be cool to be able to see your loss in the pics. JMHO

Ahh, that's sticky. I see your side and would feel the same way you do. Unfortunately since it's her gift and she's paying there's really no way to get around it tastefully. That stinks. BUT, if you do her pics, and then do some of your own later, you will have before, DURING and AFTER pics of your MF journey....

YABA DABA DOO!!!!!

Ok, so I went to Lane Bryant and bought a pair of size 16 jeans!!! AND they fit!!!! They have a new style of jeans now and online they said that I was a Blue 4. Well I tried on a blue 4 and they literally fell down. They were like a size 22. OMG!!! The girl at the store said that i was probably more like a red 2, I didn't get to try that size on since I needed to get home. But I am clearly a size 16. Which is great because I've always been bottom heavy and a good 2 sizes larger than I should be because of these wicked hips. UGH! Pear shape bodies are hard to shop for! I am closing the gap in sizes. 14 on top, 16 on bottom. :D :D :D

Great, so just when I think I'm getting a handle on women's sizes, they go and make it more complex. Sheesh :x

Glad you are in the 16's.

Good job on closing the gap. Even though I am very busomy, I have always worn a smaller size on top because I am small boned. I'm 5'7" but wear petites.

Mike, I also had a hard time getting around their new style of jeans. But they actually take into account that women don't come in one shape. :D They have jeans for the apple shape, pear, and boxy shape.

Thanks for the words of encouragement Brooke and Biki.

Oh, I also ran out of my favorite (Hot cocoa) so I made up a chocolate shake and nuked it in the microwave, and I like it SO much better hot. It kinda cuts down on the grittiness of the shake. And it's super creamy. Thanks for the suggestion Nancy!

I was wondering about those jean sizes too--I had NO IDEA WTF you were talking about. That actually sounds like a good idea though. I'm an apple and 99% of jeans fit me like garbage.

But the girls said they have been a huge hit with their customers. Now if more companies would pick up on that same idea. Not every size 4,6,8 women lack hips. I had these suckers at size 10, and I'm pretty sure I will always have them.

So NOW Dave is going to be in town, and wants to DRIVE out to CA instead of fly. Right now I HATE the military!!! (This TDY has already been rescheduled from the beginning of October to late October to Thanksgiving weekend.) I am so PISSED! :x :x :x

Rant over!

I hate musical TDYs. And deployment/redeployment dates. My favorite was musical C-5s to take us home from the desert. Where's the next one going to break down on its way to pick us up?? :roflmao: Those things are such unreliable heaps, I don't know why they even try to fly them.

No, seriously, I'm sorry you guys are getting jerked around. I hope your dh is able to make it there and be with you one way or another.
