Wait for me, Wait for me!!! :burnout: I want to be at goal by Christmas, so that gives me 25 lbs to lose...that's about 2lbs a week...I think that is doable! What a wonderful gift to give ourselves and our families...less of us!

   I want to be part of the challange. I would like to lose 15 lbs by Christmas. That would be 1.25 per week. Right now that is a challange within itself because I'm on a plateau. Hopefully, tomorrow morning I will show a loss. :idontknow:

Best of luck to all :toast: and let's all be losers this Christmas. :roflmao:

Ok I cannot stand by and not answer a challenge. On the other hand my scale and I have been having a communication problem lately. Sooo I am unsure about what to challenge myself with. How 170 something including 179.9 and most of all to continue to remain compliant in the face of spending the holidays with my family AND the fact that they are AWESOME cooks. Ok I way over did my challenge. Evie threaten your scale - it helps. Best of luck to you tomorrow - be sure to post I am going to be looking for it. Who's next ? Mytime

Well well well.........I of COURSE will have to join in THIS FUN! I will be at goal by this Christmas for the first time in my life I won't have weight LOSS as my New Year's Resolution  Seriously.....how many of us make that resolution year after year after year?? This year we will either be at GOAL........or realize that we are ACTUALLY DOING WHAT WE SET OUT TO DO and that is GET HEALTHY and BE HAPPY!! My New Year's Resolution on January 2006 will be the REMAIN HEALTHY and SKINNY ;)

Like the rest of the foodie world who will be rolling around on new year's day saying "what have I done?" and "I'm so miserable" and "this is the year I will make a change".........WE WILL ALREADY BE THERE, OR WELL ON OUR WAY TO SUCCESS!!

I absolutely can't hardly wait to be at goal and to do it BEFORE the "NEW YEAR'S RUSH"!! Does everyone realize how the weight loss program and gym adds QUADRUPLE after Christmas??? That's because everyone is laying around feeling miserable after the holidays..........but NOT US!!

Thanks Tami for getting our minds focused on the prize. This will be an extra hard Christmas for me and my family this year without Daddy for the first time. It will help to give him the present of my continued health......and that is a gift I will be giving to my boys too.

I have to get to work.....but later on I need to come back and say some things to some individuals who have apparantly been vanishing since I've been away.....vanishing on the scales that is ;)

Have a great day everyone.....I have training with a pizza party luncheon to deal with today :? Oh well.........I have my challenge......and my goal......and my resolve...........and ALL OF YOU!!

Have an awesome day........I'm trying........one step at a time,
Christi

Christi,

What a great time for you! I can't imagine what it would be like to be at goal during the Holidays! What a great way to bring in the new year! I plan to be at goal by NEXT Christmas. I think it is possible. Most importantly, I will be HEALTHY by next Christmas!!!

Lisa,
The difference in you between this Christmas and NEXT Christmas are going to be PHENOMENAL!! The difference between you from LAST Christmas to THIS Christmas is going to be FANNNNTABULOUS!!

Everyone should look back on where they were this time last year preparing for the holidays, and reflect on where you are now. It's good to look back and analyze your journey....both to find things you need to do the same...AND the things we need to do differently. Take me for example.....in the studio you will see my very beginning "before" pictures in the pink sweater.....those pictures of me were from CHRISTMAS 2004!! WOW that's a big difference  I've come along way....but I am still addicted to food and my foodie ways. But I am COMMITTED to NEVER EVER gaining more than 5lbs of my weight back. More than 10lbs gained back would be an emotional mountain that I care not climb yet again!

So here's to you  and here's to me  Skinny girls we're BOUND TO BE!!

Count me in!!!

I am so excited by this challenge!! I would like to lose 20 lbs. by Christmas. That would put me down into the 140's and I haven't been there in quite a while!!!

I seem to be at a plateau of 167 lately. I believe that I am going to start exercising some, so maybe this will help with the weight loss!

Christmas is always my favorite time of year, but this year could be extra great!!!

Thanks so much for this wonderful plan.

Kim
