12 week countdown till Christams Challange

Post your weight loss successes or failures here...:)

Sometimes it is difficult to predict the exact poundage one can dump during a period of time but we CAN set a goal to eat our meals on time, to drink a minimum of glasses (or 4 bottles) of water a day and to put nothing unhealthy/unwolesome/unMedifastic into our mouths - that is something we can commit to and stick to - we CAN do it, if we WILL do it.

62 days until December 25th...choose for yourselves this day who ya gonna serve - your taste buds or your heart? Your  selfish foody desires or your healthish slender waist?

Come on, Peeps! You CAN do it! Red ribbons for a happy and heart-healthy new YOU! Extend your freshness code! Life is a gift - enjoy it!

Sometimes those plateaus spring up and they especially seem to appear just when we don't want them! You have done a great job - you have lost a lot of weight so far and your body just might be thinking about how happy it is to have arrived at your current weight. Let's put it on notice,

Now hear this! Get busy and melt off some more flabbage so this gal can have 20 more pounds off by Christmas!

There! That oughtta do the trick!

Well, so far towards my Christmas goal I'm down about 5lbs with 15 to go! With 7 1/2 weeks to go till Christmas, I am working my tail off to hopefully just get to my goal. As I get closer to my goal it's moving slower though and that is expected. Like Nancy said in a previous post, if we stay true to MF and do everything we can to get to our Christmas Challenge goals, we'll be in great shape no matter what the outcome! Just try to stay positive, and look at it like this, however much you have lost since you started the challenge, you are that much lighter and THAT is a success!

Is it too late to join in? My mini goal would be to drink all of my water every day until Christmas. That's the hardest thing for me, but I'm doing better.

It's never too late to join in.....:)

every mini-goal you make, gets you that much closer to the prize.
Glad the water's getting easier for you. I think it's one of the most important parts of the plan and a good habit to learn for life .

Happy Slurpin,

:water:
