Dang girl, it ain't a plateau unless it's at least 7-10 days long, sorry.

Hi Tawanda...i have trouble sleeping too... i think mine is due to this "fibromyalgia"..sometimes when it flares up it's so hard to find a comfortable position no matter which ONE i try...it's terrible. So i asked my doctor to prescribe a sleep aid and he did..it's Ambien..and lately they're talking about peope doing weird things while sleeping with this drug and a few other sleep remedies...so i find that the tv sometimes soothes me to sleep.
I DO hope that you will be able to start sleeping better.

Love,
Chynna

My plateau is getting closer to being a plateau........dang it! I thought for sure I'd see a drop today....well, I did, that lousy .5# is hiding again (hiding until tomorrow morning that is).

Oh well, when the weight drops it is going to be an awesome drop!

It's ok, don't fight over me. I have enough love for both of you. Isn't that what a mom tells her kidlettes?

Now I'm not saying anything about a plateau in my weight loss----it has only been 6 days of yo-yoing back and forth with the same lousy half pound....

But no I'd Never call it a plateau...........not just a measly 6 days of being stuck in one spot :x (well, 2 spots if you are getting technical).

If you do get technical, then I guess it is only a measly 3 days at each weight.........and 3 days is no where near time to whine, snivel, moan, cry, stomp your feet and talk about it.

Not at all................

So, I won't say anything more, I'll keep my mouth shut  and not say a word until this plateau is over.

:D

Katie, I know you are right---but it is just too much fun to tease Jo. I enjoyed reading Biki's teasing about plateaus and thought I'd join in on the teasing. I am a bit befuddled as to the stall, but I know that the weight will come off since I'm staying on program.

Today I worked outside for 3 hours and my shoulders, arms and wrists are aching. I still need another supplement and to drink about 10 more oz of water to get in my base 64. Not good of me. I should have carried a container of water with me this afternoon and I'd be ahead of my base amount. I deserve to have the numbers the same tomorrow (reverse psychology, )

I hope you are doing well!

Well, there is a tiny improvement today. :) The scale did not go up the .5, for the second day in a row it stayed the same (that was the tiny improvement). I was a bit glum with not seeing a loss, but it is okay and I do appreciate that the scale showed the lower number two days in a row, instead of the higher number that I've been seeing. Every little blessing is to be acknowledged. ;)

So---no complaining from this MFer ;).
