Way to go Charity! Congrats!
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

Im up 1 pound to 227. I have to admit to not being perfect this week. TOM came for a visit on Friday as well!

Oh my goodness! :shock: I have been reading journals lately and I could have sworn I read yours but I guess I didn't realize you'd lost 50 pounds in only 4 months! I PRAY I can achieve the same in that time period...I'm sort of looking forward to the maintenance phase! LOL! (which for me will probably be 3 & 2 for life!)

Anyway this is totally motivating for me as I am starting at a similar weight!
