Well Mornin' peeps! Great to see everyone had a good week last week for Mommy's Day. I am glad to see the scale is in reverse Biki!~ Love that feeling...it makes it worth it.

For me it is hard to stay true when I am not seeing immediate results in between losses But..I am doin' it. I am down 4..I think I lost only 1 pound the week before and three this week. Inching ever so closer to my goal!

I didn't see alot of familiar faces last week (as with me as well) so I hope everyone is doing well!

I lost 3.5 pounds last week so the scale has been okay for a while. My stall ended some time ago. But thanks for noticing!

Good going, all. Losers, maintainers and restarters, and especially for being accountable!
129.8 this morning, down almost a pound from last Sunday.
It's really about where I want to stay on Maintenance but struggle with a pound or so higher than this.

Good morning all! Well, at least it is still morning here on the west coast. :)

Only down 1.7 this week. Better than nothing, but still a little dissappointing. I've been ever so compliant and did gardening all week for exercise. Maybe a bit too strenous. :?

Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

I'm up 3 pounds, and really needing a full day of compliance today. I guess I'm the only person who can do that for me :lol:

Down an ASTOUNDING 2.3 this morning for a grand loss of 109 even. That would have taken me 4 years, 2 months and a week on any other program. And with Take Shape for Life and the Medifast products, it's taken me 1 year, 2 months and 1 week!

I can really relate to bdg's (Brian's) commnets on the Maintenance Call last Wednesday with Nancy regarding his experiences and insights about body image, self-concept and reactions from (and responses to) others. Mickeyz, go gentle on yourself. Down is down, right? (In fact, as long as it's not up, I'm content!) And anytime we increase our exercise, the muscles will retain water (which will throw the scale off a tad). AND the muscle you build is more dense than the fat you lose, so the end result is that there's more weight in a smaller amount. Remember the scale is only ONE measure of how you're getting fitter, trimmer and healthier.

Good morning all....Well this little guy has gotten the better of me!!! :( I have gained 4 since last week....lack of exercise, no sleep, and eating too many "bad" things. Getting back on it this week! Good luck everyone!

3 pounds for me this week, and a great NSV. I bought a pair of 18 jeans and they fit! Yeah!! Down from a 24. We had a birthday party for my husband grandma and nobody said anything. :( Sad, but very happy!! :D
