Morning from the Northwest!
I am down to 230lbs this morning :bananadance: I shed -5lbs this week. Total 28lbs.Did I say I love this program??

Good for you Holberry! IT IS great isn't it? Congrats for the 30# club dmhearts! And of course...it goes without saying...congrats to all!!!!!

Me...well I am down hmm.. 1.4 this week? I am going to take anything at this point..but jeesh it is slow coming off! But everyone has been right...1 pound adds to two...two to three..and the weeks keep coming with it...I have had a few evil thoughts this week but only because things are a bit slower and sometimes the huge change and sacrafice doesn't seem worth it..and then I stop and remember what all have said in the past....I put my chin up...ignore all the negative thoughts and cravings and off I go..for a walk..

Just in case I do not get a chance to check back in before next Monday (I will be out of town next weekend) Happy Mother's Day for all of you losing Mom's out there..and of course for all of you daddy's that mom's too!

Down 3.8 this week which leaves me at 26 pounds total. I just have 4 more pounds to lose before my parents get here in 10 days. I can do it! I want to be at -30 before they get here.

It's been a rough week and will be a tougher one so pray for my will power!

Congrats to everyone that has stuck with it 1 more week! Just keep going one day at a time!

I haven't read the entries, but hugs and high-fives all around. You're here, you're making a decision every time you put something in your mouth to develop a better life for yourself which can't help but affect the lives of those around you.

Weight's up a pound, but it's ok. It was a new low in Friday, but yesterday, I was out working in the yard (digging up old plants, pulling weeds, digging holes, planting new plants. . . all in clay), and I've started walking again. I'm not sure I got all my water in, and I'm not sure I even got all my calories in. BUT my size 16 jeans are baggy enough that 2 people commented on it. Considering my original goal was to fit into a size 18 and now my 16s are baggy, the scale doesn't bother me a bit today.

Have a great week, Medibuds! Hope you get to go enjoy some sunshine today or this week or sometime. It feels so good to be able to be active!

Great that you are here being accountable.
Late reporting today because of computer issues.
Looks like I may need to take the little darlin' to the computer hospital.

I am at 130.5# this morning, after being lower than that most of the week.
I don't worry because I am on my usual maintenance schedule.
That's just the way it goes!

WOW everyone is doing great!!!!!!
I just wanted to get in on this roll call Im starting at 233.5 so my first weigh in will be next Sunday. I cant wait to get in on this weight loss action and see my number get smaller.
