Good morning.

I too fell down over Christmas, but immediately returned to compliance. Since my last weigh-in(3 weeks ago) I am down 5.4lbs. This is a great loss, especially considering my stumble. Since my stumble I have been 100% compliant.

Well I really didn't want to fess up with my fatness and weight gain since being off Nov & Dec but I guess I will anyway. After eating more then 7 dozen cookies plus candy and more junk my weight on my restarting date of Wed. Jan. 3 was 188. Ouch that hurt to write.

Today I feel great on plan day 5 and weighed in at 181. So that is 7 lbs since Wed. Lots of water weight I think.

Congrats Everyone!!! We can do this!!

Guess Unca has to change me to the 30 lbs club for now. Boo Hoo!

I lost 1.3 pounds this week and made it to the 70# club. Plus I made a mini-goal for myself to make the 80# club by Valentine's Day.

Hello, All :byebye: -- WOW !! Some really great stuff going on here :). Congratulations to all of you wonderful people. Great job to those whom have stuck with your compliance through thick and thin, and also great job to those whom have gotten right back after taking a spill. I think what any of it speaks to is the beauty of the program and of the individual, the pull it can have on the individual's confidence to really take the reigns with one's eating, and get 'er done .

Anyway, I am weighing in at 174.5, which gave me a special little smile this morning. I was hoping for 175, which is what my ticker has read all week, but I got the little bonus of half a pound below that (which means I get to move my ticker DOWN :exercise: ). What a boost :). This puts me closer to 170 than to 180, and, well, FULL STEAM AHEAD :D .

Cheers to all,
Karli

Well....after a rough NYE weekend (friends in from out of town, party's to go to, all that stuff) I am happy to report a 1.6 pound loss over all (I won't even go into the weight I actually gained and THEN lost again this week, lets just say it was SHOCKING how much I gained so quickly in the course of 4 days). I am 4.8 pounds from Onderland! YIPPEEEEEEEEE!

Congrats to all the "losers" this week! Keep on keeping on girls and guys! This stuff really does work! After eating and drinking all weekend I was HAPPY to get back on this diet and feel so much better!

I'm in maintenance and not weighing, but I can still report. I've been compliant with my maintenance meal plans, even eating out twice this week, and once unexpectedly. I've completed week 4 of the Couch to 5K running plan and started a 5x5 strength building program. My size 10s are feeling loose, but not loose enough to fit into a size 8. (darn it)

I'm still in maintenance, too. I'm up a wee bit this week, but I'm pretty sure it's because I've had frozen meals a couple of times this week (still-frozen chicken breasts being the main culprit). Anyway, my breasts are marinating as we speak ( ), so I'm done with that.
